Got help with my wheel immediately
I got really dedicated customer service both from customer care in Norway and Sweden. Great follow up. My El-bike was repaired and sent back the same day. Only down point is their cooperation with PostNord which made the whole process take more time than expected.
Quick responce, but as it turned out I did not need to visit your garage. An establishment i Malmö , Öresunds Cykel, could replace the battery.
the 860 ish 1 star reviews sums up my experience very well… bought an electric scooter december 13th and it could not be charged, since then it was a 3 week long email conversation and finally this week 20th of january i recieved my scooter that had been repaired. but now the steering wheel is loose. the front brakes are uneven and the rear splashguard doesnt work very well. completely soaked when arriving at work.
A scooter that costs almost 9000 SEK and this is what i recieve.
To summarise
-bad quality on products compared to prices
-terrible response time from customer service (1 mail per day)

Amazing customer service. My Swedish credit cards didn’t work in Switzerland where I needed to buy the products, but they were proactive and helped me find a way to purchase and get it delivered in time. Beyond satisfied!!! Rare to find customer service this proactive and helpful.

The service from e-wheels is very poor. If anything goes wrong don’t expect them to honor any part of the guarantee

Quick response and friendly customer service
Problem with my E-Wheels E2Sv2 my last experience when i bought the scooter and got a broken one was not good. But this time was a much better experience which ended in a new battery wich i switched myself.
Great help from the support all the way from first contact to the issue was resolved.
