This website feels scamish. They offered tickets to a concert, took my money for two whole months. Then three hours before the show let me know that they didn’t have the tickets and refunded me. I had already traveled and booked a hotel to see the show. I wonder is that is their business model? To take money and then return it months later? I also believe they could have sold my tickets for a better price last minute. Very disappointed.

Very poor communication. Still haven’t received my tickets even after live chat with a representative. I’ve downloaded AXS app. Tickets do not show up under the tab.

I highly recommend not using this company. They charged us 100% the going rate. I was misled that we were going to get a table and instead have to share it with another party. After reaching out to them they kept saying the same thing that they charge the going rate which is completely false.

I bought tickets from here that turned out to belong to someone else. My tickets were not honored at the venue. I spent $500, and had to buy legitimate tickets at the door for $180.
So , not only were they bogus, but also overpriced.

this is a very deceptive website. update: After checking the BBB site there are over 500 complaints, many ppl state that they could not use the tickets because they were already scanned in by someone else. SO much for a legitimate reseller. That is FRAUD

Easy purchase
I had a few minutes before I had to leave for work, but wanted to grab the tickets before they were gone. I was able to select and purchase them in a matter of minutes. The link to the tickets showed up soon after and the tickets were in my Apple wallet and ready to use.
