Lost my tickets, refunded only when bank forced them to.
Day before a concert I was supposed to go to, I saw that my tickets were nowhere to be found. After 6-7 calls that each lasted anywhere from 20-45 minutes, I was told there was nothing that could be done as my tickets had been claimed - but no one could tell me how or by who. I told them that if I am not able to go to a concert I paid for, I will absolutely need a refund. They told me it was not possible to refund the full amount. I filed a dispute with my bank and as soon as my bank reached out to ETC, I was issued a full refund. Ludicrous that it required me reaching out to my bank in order to get what I was owed.
Only leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the associates that helped me over the phone were kind and understood my upset/frustration.

It is nearly impossible to reach someone when needed - LONG wait times.
Classic “bait and switch”- I purchased tickets for over 500$ in an Orchestra setting and was assigned - weeks later - way up in the balcony, at at cost of >100$ per ticket.
I will never use this service again. Ever.
