It is very difficult to find your ticket. The website is not user-friendly, and I had to send several emails just to recover my password. It would be much more convenient to simply allow users to download the ticket directly to their wallet.

I’m pretty disappointed with this…
I’m pretty disappointed with this ticket-buying experience. I wasn’t able to choose the specific seats I wanted, and considering how much I paid in additional fees, I expected to receive much better seats. Instead, our seats are way off to the edge and not nearly as good as I expected for the price.
I later found that tickets purchased directly through the event center were available for less, which makes the extra cost even harder to justify. I understand that ticket prices and availability can vary, but if you’re charging significantly more in fees, I would expect either better seating options or a better overall value.
The concert itself should be great, but I’m not real thrilled with the ticket-buying experience or the value I received.

This is a standard practice of the secondary ticketing industry for a number of reasons including security of the seller's inventory and privacy for the original ticket owners as they may be season ticket holders or dues-paying members of the venue.
As a live resale marketplace, tickets on our site are listed by registered sellers from their own inventories. These sellers set their own prices based on their estimated market value. As a result, prices on our marketplace are usually going to be above or below face value.
