Another Great Experience
Another great experience with these guys. Managed to grab myself a great deal on a second (Bare Metal) server with Aaron and Will looking after me through all the initial setup to get me up and running.
I couldn't find anyone close to matching EUGameHost on price, and the performance has been great so far.

Nearly 2 years in and still my host to go!
100% recommendation for EUGamehost!
Am running my rust game servers here since nearly 2 years and now got a palworld server too.
Issues can always happen with any game server at any host, but they get very fast resolved here.
Server quality is very good as well.

Regarding "Horrible Support" and "I've heard nothing back, it's been a while":

This timeline clearly shows prompt support, especially considering that the issue was not urgent and late at night.
You expressed appreciation for our assistance in your response to this ticket, thanking us and seeming genuinely sincere in what you said. The issue was fully resolved and you seemed happy with it.
Regarding "Despite my server being suspended, they continue to charge my card":
It appears there was a misunderstanding. The continued charges were due to the service not being canceled on your end, which is not an error on our part. You acknowledged this.
The billing issue related to a service suspension for an overdue invoice. Due to an error, our system didn't unsuspend it automatically when the payment came through. Note that the last payment was a few days late which is why it was suspended in the first place. We resolved this as soon as you notified us of any issue offering a refund but you asked for us to credit you a months service which we did.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could update your review to more accurately reflect your actual experience with our service as what you've stated is simply untrue and i don't understand the motivation in leaving it.

Thought I would change my review based on what happened last time, there was definitely miscommunication involved and I am happy to say that things are very different now, if I have server issues they respond a lot better, and even go that extra mile to help me with plugin issues. Very good after-sales service and services
We have had a dedicated server for several months at EuGameHost.
At first, we were a little wary, because the offers seemed too good to be true.
But after several months now, I can assure you that this host is simply a rare gem.
Customer service is responsive and always tries to do the best, even if they are overwhelmed.
I think it would be wise for them to surround themselves a little more to enable them to follow the growth of the company.
I have been hosting game servers for several years, EuGameHost is by far the host with which things go best, and for a more than reasonable price.

I bought a VPS, then i still have not received even though support said i'd receive it shortly, now i have not gotten a response for over 24h.
EDIT: Support was slow on new years day, so they weren't able to do anything, they said they would send out a refund now and offered a free trial, which is nice..
