Donc des Voleurs : The remaining value of the air ticket consists of the eSky transaction fee, which is collected for the issuance of the air ticket and which is non-refundable.
Also, the refunds are always processed on the initial form of payment.

A very user-friendly site
Everything was clear, user-friendly and unconfusing.
The site is great for selecting the right flight for you in all aspects.
The thing that helps a lot is that you also get additional recommendations for flights on dates near your selected date and they may be much cheaper.

We ordered (order number4492432872) and paid (4772.26€ including insurance) , on Jan 19, 2 roundtrip flight tickets, economy PREMIUM class (Paris-Maun with one stop in Johannesburg) on eSky.fr. Unfortunately, we received on Jan 21st an electronic ticket however ECONOMY.
Consequently, we requested to have the right class (ECONOMY Premium with Air France for Paris-Johannesburg roundtrip flights).
Following our request, we were informed on Jan 27 that , only for the segment Johannesburg-Paris the class is ECONOMY Premium (with no price change).
Despite many mails showing evidence that eSky mails / flight tickets are not consistent (one day only economy, the other day economy premium for one segment), we were informed (Feb 7) that eSKy upholds his position.
In summary, not only the order (economy PREMIUM class)has not been respected but also price (4772.26€) has not been lowered despite lower class.
