We had never used eShores before and I was a little scepitcal at first as I didnt know of the company. How wrong was I to doubt such a professional and brilliant company.
We were thinking of Vietnam, Ho Chi Min , Hanoi and a costal area and Michelle's expertise and knowledge of the area was brilliant, she guided me through everything I needed to know before going and was so patient when I emailed her in a panic wanting to make changes (quite often )
I cannot sing her praises enough, she put together a great package and seemed to know exactly what we were looking for and well within our budget.
Michelle recommended the Famiana Spa Resort in Phu Quoc which was an absolutely charming little oasis to relax in after the hustle and bustle of HCM
We thoroughly enjoyed this quiet traditionally decorated little place, it was spotlessly clean the food was good and the staff were wonderfully helpful
There is a little launderette next door to the Famiana resort where we got all our bits washed and dried and smelling gorgeous for about £4.
There are also plenty of other larger hotels if your looking for something with more modern decor and extra amenities.
The night market is definately worth a visit and easliy located by Grab the Uber equivalent .
I would advise people to get out there whilst they can since Phu Quoc was voted Asia's most beautiful island and the third most beautiful in the world in Condé Nast Traveler's 2025 Readers' Choice Awards. It was also named the world's second-best island.
It will now likely start to get much busier, we went just at the end of the rainy season and it was fairly quiet with only a few tourists.
Vietnam really is worth visiting , there is so much history the old architecture is stunning and the juxtaposition of the old and new buildings adds further interest .
The people were charming and the traffic terryfying at first but after a few hours you realise its very safe to cross as the locals drive around you.
We did the hop on hop off tour buses as well as a few trips , I would definately recommend the tour buses as the cities are large and you get to see so much more.
Michelle also arranged for us to do a 2 day 1 night trip on Halong Bay, another absolute must if your visiting because the photos off the internet cannot capture the truly serene beauty that is Halong Bay.
And finally another shout out to the fabulous Michellle for sorting out an upgrade for our flight home at very short notice and over a weekend with a six hour time difference ... eShores ...what more can I say , fantastic travel agents , check them out for your next trip , we certainly will be.

We've recently returned from our Athens and two Greek Island (Hydra and Spetses) holiday arranged by Anna at eshores.
From initial enquiry, we found Anna's efficiency and friendly advice throughout very helpful.
All travel arrangements (ferries, flights and taxis) were spot on, tickets were prepared and sent to us as promised a couple of weeks before departure. All our hotels were really nice and in great locations.
I would definitely recommend this company. 👌

Communication was first class, making booking and amendments very easy.
The different members of staff were very helpful and efficient especially Nick who dealt with the planning and had lots of helpful suggestions making it a very memorable holiday as everything ran like clockwork went extremely smoothly from flights , buses, ferries and hotels. They were very competitive on their pricing - offering us options on different levels of accommodation.
Korcola was stunning, unfortunately the hotel Marco Polo was our least favourite hotel- they upgraded our room from a double room with sea view
( without informing us) to a junior suite the view wasn't the best we felt that we had been given a room nobody wanted - made a complaint they were unable to help us as they said they were full. The hotel felt cold, dated and breakfast was on the poor side. On the other hand hotel Marul in Split was fabulous, super room wonderful breakfast and amazing staff situated and perfect location situated in the heart of the city.
Perfect location at Etno Gardens for exploring the Plitvic Lakes.
Wouldn't hesitate in using Eshores again when we need to plan our next trip.

Nick was extremely helpful. We explained what we wanted and he came up with a suggested itinerary . Later we had to change our dates but this wasn’t a problem. The trip went smoothly , the taxi pick ups from airport to hotel and back were all on time . The hotels were clean and friendly and gave us a lot of local knowledge . Very pleased with everything

Chris and Eshores were absolutely amazing.
From the start he found us a better holiday and price than trail finders, and made the booking process smooth easy. He allowed us to put a smaller deposit initially which was super helpful.
When it comes to the actually holiday what can I say.. it was an absolute dream.
Chris recommended the Gondwana game reserve and it was absolutely perfect. The most amazing safari experience mixed with luxury and relaxation.
We had never done this type of holiday before and I am so glad we have found Chris and Eshores now, as we will 100% use them again in the future.

We booked a 12-night safari trip to Serengeti and Zanzibar — and what an experience it was!

From the very start, Chris was absolutely amazing. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to tailor the itinerary to suit our interests made a huge difference. Every element of the trip felt personal, thoughtfully curated, and unique.

The Ngorongoro Coffee Lodge was a true highlight — breathtaking and far beyond what we had imagined. The setting, comfort, and atmosphere were all outstanding, making it feel like a hidden gem in the heart of nature.

We were also incredibly impressed by the accommodations in the middle of the Serengeti. Honestly, we had set our expectations low considering how remote it is, but we were blown away. The lodges were comfortable, well-equipped, and offered such an authentic yet luxurious experience — it felt surreal waking up to the sounds of the wild while still enjoying modern comforts.

Zanzibar offered the ideal wind-down at the end, with its beautiful beaches and laid-back charm.

This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime journey, and we can’t thank Chris enough for making it so unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We had not used Eshores before, but came across them as a good travel agency to use to sort out our recent Egypt trip.

They were excellent. Claire is wonderful. So friendly, patient and reassuring. We have just come back from our trip. All details were great. Suggestions of hotels in Cairo and Luxor excellent. Would thoroughly recommend them. Lovely to come across a true independent agency.

Nick at eshores has now planned four holidays for us, all of which have been outstanding! We have done comprehensive tours of Egypt, Madagascar, Borneo and one lazier holiday to Kerala and Goa in India. Every holiday has been meticulously organised and perfectly implemented. I think we have had great value for money too. Hotels are tailored to what we like, adjustments made to itineraries until we are happy. I cannot fault this company. If you want to do a private tour to somewhere a bit different, see what they can offer.

Unfortunately e-shores sell a great holiday in theory but their follow up support and customer care is sadly lacking when problems arise. We booked a three centre trip to Italy which included train and taxi transfers as we do not travel well on coaches. These arrangements were altered after we had paid the balance, resulting in no train transfers at all and having the extra expense of taxi fares to coach pick up points, which we accepted. We then encountered an issue in Naples due to lack of advance communication and precise information, incurring further expense and stress for us at the time, however fully expecting to be reimbursed at least in part by e-shores as a matter of good customer relations. On our return home however our communication with e-shores was extremely negative, with demands for evidence from us to back up our request for reimbursement (not a huge amount for them in relation to the cost of the holiday) and point blank refusal of any refund, as if the issues we encountered were entirely our own fault. We feel that our issue could have been dealt with quite simply on our return home, resulting in satisfied customers who would book again, but having been left disappointed and frustrated felt the need for this negative review as a warning to other travellers.

Chris our travel expert certainly knows his job. Second time he has planned and booked a holiday for us ....both times everything has run so smoothly and the accommodation he has recommended has been amazing. E.shores definitely offer top quality service, by professional staff, at unbeatable prices
Albania was amazing and the route chosen by Chris at eshores made sure we saw a varied and enjoyable route around the country. First two nights in Tirana, the capital...then 2 nights BERAT in the mountains , one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. Followed by two nights in Gjirokaster, very pretty and so different. We then went to Saranda on Albanian riviera...great base to explore the coast. He recommended we added 4 days in Corfu at the end of our holiday...40 minutes by fast ferry and the perfect way to round off our holiday in the amazing hotel mythos palace resort, where the all inclusive buffets are the best I have ever experienced. Hotel amazing, staff so friendly and eager to help and always a smile.
Thank you e.shores for another perfect holiday, with no hassle and peace of mind knowing everything will go to plan.

Once again another fabulous trip organised by Michelle at Eshores.
We went to South Africa for a Safari and the accommodation, game drives and food was absolutely amazing.
We then flew to Mauritius from S.A for a relaxing beach holiday which was definitely needed after the Safari with early morning and evening game drives every day.
However, we did have a minor problem with the hotel whilst in Mauritius and I informed Michelle who was quickly on the ball helping to sort it out. (The problem was in no way the fault of Eshores) The problem was resolved and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Andy from eshores arranged an itinerary for us around Malaysia and Singapore. Everything was very well organised from getting all the paperwork to enjoying the holiday. Very flexible too with some last minute changes for one of the hotels booked and some refund getting handled very promptly. Would definitely use them again in future.

Just back from our 3rd trip organised by Andy and the Eshore team. Had an amazing time in South Africa, Cape Town, Victoria Falls, Private Game resort and then Dubai, everything well organised as always. The hotels were fabulous, all transfers and flights no hassle, would highly recommend this company. Look forward to booking next years holiday. Just back from our 2nd 3 centre holiday organised by Dave and the Eshores team. All the transfers were easy and the accommodation was really central in each location and fulfilled our criteria. We definitely will be booking with eshore again as they go above and beyond to help with information and planning whilst keeping the trip in budget.

This is the first time i have used them and won't be last, this was for a multi destination to Kula Lumpur Bali and Singapore.
Laura was who helped me put together flight hotel all the transfers. she advise where it would be best for us to to stay as my concern was we over 60's and my partner who has health issues( nothing serious but was concern). she helped from beginning until later when we had change of mind on the hotel we picked. For her no issue, gave me 3different choice with different prices which she changed it just less than 4 weeks before we flew out. Thank you very much Laura for all your help until next time 😊

First time using this company and it definatly won't be the last! We had a fabulous holiday to Zanzibar And Dubai with the help of Hannah. Everything included that I asked for flights, hotels, transfers. We had no problems at all. We cant wait to book our next!
