Andy, once again excelled himself, he arranged our 2 week trip to Thailand, everything was seamless from start to finish and it made it a truly awesome trip, we will be back to discuss our 2026 holiday with him soon!!

Our 2 centre holiday to Rome and Sorrento was perfect. Nick from eshores organised it all very professionally. From the air and rail tickets to the hotels and transfers everything ran smoothly. I will definitely use eshores next time we want a wonderful holiday organising. Thank you Nick!

Once again another fabulous trip organised by Michelle at Eshores.
We went to South Africa for a Safari and the accommodation, game drives and food was absolutely amazing.
We then flew to Mauritius from S.A for a relaxing beach holiday which was definitely needed after the Safari with early morning and evening game drives every day.
However, we did have a minor problem with the hotel whilst in Mauritius and I informed Michelle who was quickly on the ball helping to sort it out. (The problem was in no way the fault of Eshores) The problem was resolved and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Andy from eshores arranged an itinerary for us around Malaysia and Singapore. Everything was very well organised from getting all the paperwork to enjoying the holiday. Very flexible too with some last minute changes for one of the hotels booked and some refund getting handled very promptly. Would definitely use them again in future.

Just back from our 3rd trip organised by Andy and the Eshore team. Had an amazing time in South Africa, Cape Town, Victoria Falls, Private Game resort and then Dubai, everything well organised as always. The hotels were fabulous, all transfers and flights no hassle, would highly recommend this company. Look forward to booking next years holiday. Just back from our 2nd 3 centre holiday organised by Dave and the Eshores team. All the transfers were easy and the accommodation was really central in each location and fulfilled our criteria. We definitely will be booking with eshore again as they go above and beyond to help with information and planning whilst keeping the trip in budget.

This is the first time i have used them and won't be last, this was for a multi destination to Kula Lumpur Bali and Singapore.
Laura was who helped me put together flight hotel all the transfers. she advise where it would be best for us to to stay as my concern was we over 60's and my partner who has health issues( nothing serious but was concern). she helped from beginning until later when we had change of mind on the hotel we picked. For her no issue, gave me 3different choice with different prices which she changed it just less than 4 weeks before we flew out. Thank you very much Laura for all your help until next time 😊

First time using this company and it definatly won't be the last! We had a fabulous holiday to Zanzibar And Dubai with the help of Hannah. Everything included that I asked for flights, hotels, transfers. We had no problems at all. We cant wait to book our next!

We used eShores for the first time for a two destination trip to Northern Spain. They created the package we wanted, including transport to and from the airport as well as an internal transfer. We were delighted with the service - from initial communication to follow up calls. Everything was as we expected and we had a lovely stress free break. We were particularly impressed with the car transfers - the drivers contacted us well in advance to confirm times and locations. It was lovely to receive the printed documentation in advance as well as the follow up call to asking the holiday was. The customer service has been exceptional with prompt responses to any queries. I would definitely use eshores again.

This was the second holiday we had booked via eShores. The holiday was a fly - drive trip to South Africa taking in Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Hermanus, The Gondwana Game Reserve, Franschhoek and back to Cape Town. Chris handled all the questions and enquiries positively (thanks Chris) and enabled us to change the itinerary as and when required prior to departure.

I honestly cannot recommend Claire Smith at Eshores enough! From the very first interaction, she was an absolute pleasure to work with – friendly, approachable, and so professional. Claire took the time to really understand what I was looking for and went above and beyond to try and find the perfect options.

What stood out the most was how patient she was throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she explored every possible route to make sure I had the best choices in front of me. Her communication was always prompt, clear, and super helpful, which made everything so easy and stress-free.

It was obvious that Claire genuinely cared about getting things right and wanted to provide the best service possible. That level of dedication and commitment is so rare and truly deserves recognition.

If you’re looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly supportive and willing to go the extra mile, I highly recommend Claire Smith at Eshores. She really is a credit to the team!

Another great service and excellent itinerary put together by Andy at Eshores for our multi centre USA trip visiting New York; Boston; Las Vegas and San Francisco.
The whole end to end process from arranging holiday was seamless. All the hotel choices, international and internal flights went seamlessly and once again Andy and Eshores came up trumps in providing my wife and I a fantastic and memorable experience. Would highly recommend using this company for your holiday travels.

Absolutely brilliant service from Michelle from start to finish. She had thought of everything and was so helpful on where to stay in lake Garda. We will definitely use eshores again

We have worked with Michelle at eShores for our last 3 trips. She is really helpful and has organised our holidays perfectly each time we would not use anyone else to organise our plans.

The organisation by Nick at eShores prior to my trip, and the execution of it while I was there was first rate! We went through several iterations to get to my final itinerary, Nick always happy to cater for my requests.

The hotels were supremely positioned: Istanbul within 3 minutes walk of the Blue Mosque; Athens only 500m from the Acropolis and was immeasurably better than I'd hoped it might be in terms of size and quality! Boutique chic!

The transfers were very good. The taxi from Istanbul was a spotless brand new 10-seater Merc - I felt like royalty! The chilled complimentary bottles of water were a very welcome touch!

Overall 10/10, couldn't be faulted. I'd happily use Nick and eShores again.

All in all - absolutely fantastic!

What a wonderful Safari holiday.Everything was first class, particularly the hot air balloon flight over the Serengetti. All Safari drives were full of animal spotting and our guide was very knowledgeable. I would not have any hesitation recommending eShores to anyone. Thank you for a spectacular holiday.

This was the 3rd holiday booked with eshores. Yet again it was a delight. We did 11 nights between Budapest, Vienna and Praque.
Michelle did an absolutely fantastic job. The transfers were seamless and the hotels were great. They were also ideally situated in each city.
Cannot recommend this company enough.

eShores and their rep Chris took the time to listen to my actual holiday requirements and built an amazing package to South Africa. All accommodation was excellent and of a really high calibre. Advice on the Garden route with stops was spot on. The Gondwana Game Reserve was the highlight of the holiday which as we originally wanted Kruger Park, i was a little bit wary but the staff here are amazing and make it a more personalised experience so glad this was offered from eShores.

I’ve just got back from a once in a lifetime trip in which I got married in Las Vegas and then continued our journey to New York. Hannah at eShores was absolutely amazing and took care of the whole organisation of the holiday, leaving myself and my partner to organise the wedding part of the trip. Hannah was incredibly attentive, asking what specifics we required for our holiday and making it all happen well within our budget - we managed to stay at our desired hotels and even got upgraded in our first hotel. This was ultimately all down to Hannah. We can’t thank you enough and we will definitely be seeking out her expertise in the future! Thanks again. ❤️
