I was an epal for about a week and I have already been called a "retard" and I have been verbally abused. When I contacted the moderation team they stated that I needed to send them "screenhots" of edvidence but that is impossible if you are in a voice chat. The client also made a false review about me and they said they couldnt do anything about it. I am disgusted how they allow such people on thier platform. I am shocked to realize how little they care about people being insulted, verbally abused/attacked. I expected thier moderation team to actually help me, atleast with removing the false reveiw. But no, they just don't care enough.

"update" to my previous post: there is literally no support for any epal. if someone flags you for violating the rules you will get perma banned without any proof. they also don´t let you payout your earned money or even delete your account so your data isn´t at their servers anymore. They still blocked your mail and device so there should be no issue to delete personal and payment data. (new post because i think this platform really needs to get shut down and is scamy as hell)

They ban the people with no reason and they don't answer to the customer service.

Inventing 20% Fee to "get more clients" Changes the following 5 Months: 5% Decline in visits each month, 0 Paid Traffic, 36 000 organic traffic (by searching etc.).

Epal uses EPals as Money Slaves since the 20% Fee Update not rewarding the girls now creating PoP ups on Popular EPals that say they got Reported for OffPlattform making them look like Scammers when in Reality they are great EPals over several Months or even Years.

After a year of using Epal.gg, I can confidently say it’s the most corrupt, money-hungry platform I’ve ever seen. This company, run out of China, exists solely to exploit its workers and line its own pockets.

The platform’s greed is sickening. They take a 20% fee on every transaction, and God forbid you even consider off-platform transactions—they’ll try to lock you down so they can suck every cent from you. And if you have a problem with a customer, don’t expect support. Epal.gg will always side with the customer, even if they’re blatantly in the wrong. They do not care about the people working for them.
The staff—Sally, Ryan, Epalkd—are beyond corrupt NEVER TRUST ON THEM , rigging their weekly events to ensure the same people, like the Turkish shet users Minah and the ped* of New Addiction, win every time. They’ll claim it’s all about "who has the most orders," but the truth is, it’s rigged from the start. These people are handed fake accounts and money to boost their numbers so they can keep winning "Star of the Week" while the rest of us don’t stand a chance.

To make things worse, Epal.gg is full of fake profiles, especially of female users—catfish accounts galore. And don’t even think about voicing your opinions. Criticize the platform, leave an honest review like this one, and they’ll harass or ban you on the spot. They won’t tolerate any feedback that doesn’t fit their narrative.

This platform is a toxic, exploitative mess. Epal.gg doesn’t deserve your time, effort, or trust. I hope it crashes and burns, and everyone sees it for the scam it is. Stay far away!

scammed out of money, no order refunds

Epal.gg is one of the most unusual sites I've ever visited. If you join, get ready to meet some of the cringiest people.

I've seen guys crying alone in voice chats because an e-girl "broke up" with them. I've also come across e-girls doing inappropriate things with their clients. Some boys even pretend to be girls, which can be quite confusing.

On top of that, you'll meet people who try to sabotage you just because they're unhappy with their own lives. This site is full of strange interactions and wild personalities. It's definitely a hotspot for people looking for unconventional online experiences.

If you're curious and ready for some weirdness, give Epal.gg a try. But be prepared for some cringe moments.

Worst experience ever.
I don't know what to say first. I deal with a thousand of pedo or creeps, i was sexually harrased in multiple orders, creeps cursed me and becoming violent because i didn't want it to show my body to them. I was a "therapist or something like that for them", because they didn't let me talk on e-chat because they just screaming at me. It was a awful, you get traumatized by this site, and i hope somebody delete this stuff because it's the most toxic place for "working", full of creeps that they don't banned or delete their accounts.

They legit scammed money from me, I bought an Epal but never got served. Then I open a customer ticket to get the money refunded. And guess what, they just deleted the ticket after 2 months without any refund. Nice service and nice platform.

Edit: After 2 years I now see a ticket telling me I got a refund...

The seller kiraikoo turned out to be toxic as soon as I wanted my money back, they were sleeping! even though I wanted my orders to be delivered as soon as possible I waited hours and hours, then they replied with a very toxic attitude, claiming that I'm there to ruin their scores then I got blocked! this platform is one of the worst I have ever used, I wouldn't recommend it at all, I'm now disputing my charges using PayPal but gotta wait 20 days because of this very bad platform! . The platform hides bad reviews! run away!

Normal girls who just play games barely get any orders, have gone months without a single order because that site is so broken and men only want nsfw. never again am i returning to this site. They never care for epals, they want us to make the client feel good and basically be their therapists, consoling them and giving advice, while there is 0 support for epals. There was also a situation where one of the main people in the discord server supported epals acting like Loli's and said it's just the ''Japanese culture''. As someone who used epal, the mods never removed accounts who were asking for nsfw, although all the proof is right in front of them they just say that there is not enough proof. Men asking mainly for NSFW, girlies are mainly selling their nud3s. It is wild. On weekends NONE of the ''mods'' work so it is full of only fans sellers. They do not remove nsfw sellers because it brings in the big buck. If you expose one for selling nsfw they ban YOU because ''you asked for nsfw'' and they dont care if you did it only to send them more proof of it happening.

Epal protects perverts, scammers, and blackmailers over sellers. Epals cannot leave written reviews for toxic clients which means epals have to go into orders blind to risks. They took away this feature because *suprise* toxic clients complained and epal listens to them instead of sellers. Additionally they don’t ban NSFW clients- they freeze them for max three days. So we can’t warn people and the bad people get unfrozen and continue harassing epals.

I had super weird experiences on epal. I seen stuff I would never share with the outer world. And in the end I ran into a scammer and got banned by the support for requesting NSFW content which I never did. I cant recommend this website at all for your mental health.

First of all, all the good reviews they got on here are from the discord server, a official MOD legit made a giveaway and @everyone and begged for 5 stars and nice reviews, how disgustiing and low they have to be to do that? They would have under 1.5 stars if they didnt do that, anyways, site is full of scam and weird people, fees are bad, they got fees both when you buy a service and when you withdraw that are really big, so its not even worth, also site should be a gaming site right? But 90% of the people are just asking for n*des and 18+ stuff and girls are promoting their OF and such also, basically this is worse than Tiinder, i wont mention how many guys also record those poor girls that are video calling for like 10 dollars, and also HOW MANY GIRLS THAT ARE UNDERAGE are going on site, they legit have no protection, i used to meet girls that lied that they are 18 that were 15, and they do NSFW over their page ?! Creep and pedo meeting place!
I used epal for a short period of time and the only people I ever encountered were 40+ year old men asking for nudes and to do all sorts of weird things for them on a video call (I can't even write here what they asked for, it makes my stomach twist). And yeah, by the way, I'm 19. If you don't listen to their requests then they start getting mad and reporting you and harassing you. Avoid the app at all costs unless you want to get online sexually assaulted. I wanted to delete my account but listen to this: THEY SUSPENDED IT! Probably all of those pedos reported me and since they give epal lots of money they listened to them. Disgusting! Oh yeah, and all of these 5 star reviews you see were written by their little servants, they have a discord server where they beg everyone to go on trustpilot and rate 5 stars to even out all the 1 star reviews (real reviews). I'll never go near epal again.

Ordered someone that did not fulfill the order, refused a refund and i am now out of 50€

I used epal couple of times through out the year, I liked the experience and they are getting better and better.
There are still some issues needs to be fixed still in total they are doing pretty good. Just make sure to find the right epal.
