Been on this website for almost 2 years. Main thing about connecting with people is fine except a lot of buyers being weirdos, but what I went through is pure scam and unacceptable.
They have this "Lucky Draw" where you spin for random rewards, mostly useless ones except the very small chance to get a coupon. You can use daily free spins, some free virtual currency, or paid buff currency.
I already once accidentally used buffs to spin due to there being absolutely no confirmation whether I want to use my money on a useless spin.
So I messaged support and asked for refund and told them to add a confirmation prompt when using real money on it.
They didn't refund it so since then I mostly stayed away from lucky spin and only paid directly when I wanted to buy something instead of putting money into my account.
Now, a year later I had some money in the account and decided to go for free lucky spins. Worth to mention that after pressing on the free lucky spin, my cursor was exactly on top of the button for paid lucky spin, which is obvious bait for people to click. After awhile I notice one spin worth of money is missing from my account. I probably accidentally clicked on the mentioned button, but I wouldn't be surprised if they just took it without clicking any of the paid spin buttons. Since there was still no confirmation I assume they like that.
So I messaged support again and told them I'm leaving the website if I don't get a refund. They still refused to refund and I'm out.

Epal is a scam site and they, they will take all your money by freezing your account without any notice or good reason. They say they will return the money but all they do is reply with bots. Be careful with the money you have on Epal Epal staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, they avoid all problems and show a rude attitude when talking to you Epal urges community to give good review while they steal money from so many hard working people on Epal. Don't believe their good reviews.

It's an awesome place to find a teammate on demand for any kind of game, most people are friendly but there are some that try to thirst trap you. It's fine.

I was quite active on this Website/App for a while the last few years. In the beginning it was all fine and well, i earned some money and met some cool people. But today i just got a threat E-Mail by somebody claiming they have hacked my hardware and that they are going to release adult content of mine. I checked from which app/website i got pwned, and it spat out that it was E-Pal.... i am very disappointed in the experience I had and will not trust this scam anymore.

I'm a new user and I've been on this platform for 3 days now, I must give my honest review, I started making money on my first day, I had many orders on the second day and 99% of them were so sweet and kind people, I had one terrible customer and it was a bad experience but there are many good people out there to make it up for you and have fun with <3 no this isn't a random review, my epal name is Salvatore and I'm very satisfied with the services provided by epal support team <3 thank you for making such an amazing place for us gamers, keep up the good work cuties ^^

I'm pretty frustrated right now. I spendet the last 5/6 weeks nearly every free minute on E-Pal. Trying to provide good and reactive service.

I was always polite, never accepted any weird requests. Maybe a bit naive at the beginning but leard a lot how to detect scam or good.

I even had one booking with someone that I put all my Energie in due to his mental state. He had birthday and was sobbing thinking to end his life. I made him look for help calmed him and I think I did the best I could helping him.

Why I'm telling this is because I think the money that I got is rightfully owned. I could have withdrawn half of it already but it felt save to just leave it there and wait for taking it out until it's a little more.

I even liked it so much, I told a friend to try it out too.
If my problem can't be solved I will definitely tell her to better stop it again.

There was no warning or any kind of communication that I did something wrong. And thinking of all the chats I had, I still can't recall ever doing something inappropriate. Maybe I should have blocked or reported some of the people that texted me. But other then that I did nothing wrong.

Now when I try to log in it says something about NSFW.

I contacted support and I'll see what they tell me. I really hope this can be solved. And if I did something wrong I will stand to it. I wanna improve and behave right. But they didn't even warn or anything. It's just gone out of nowhere.
I will change the rating of my review if support is helpful and the misunderstanding can be resolved.

But I did work hard for the little money I got and I don't think it's legally right that they can just keep it.

So in conclusion. It's not save! If there is always a chance you get banned because you maybe did something accidentally wrong, you can not count on the money you owned.

I've gotten answer from Support.
They answered "When an account is frozen it is after a lengthy review process. Your account has been frozen and it will be active after 7 days. Our Customer Support team reviewed the report(s) associated with your account and took appropriate measures."

Well at least I did get the account back and I could withdraw my money. And since I actually really haven't done anything I keep my account. But I was dead worried for nothing for days. They should start communicating beforehand and not just leave you alone with a sudden account freeze...

So they get a few stars back because other then this horrible experience I actually like it there...

i have been using epal.gg since it was egirl.gg. i recently became part of their influencer program, one of the parts of their program is called #streamforcash, where they offer you "$50 buff reward" a week, which is basically $50 in coupons you can gift to clients on the website for them to use to order you.

in their rules, it said you had to either show the website OR explain the function of the website on stream. At the end of the first week, i noticed i was not paid so i inquired about it, and was told that because i had not shown the website on stream i was not going to be paid, even though their rules clearly stated you could either show the website on stream OR explain the function of the website on stream. i was then told to do both next week so that i could be paid. needless to say i quit the program. after the whole FTX fiasco they lost like 80% of their money so they will even resort to scamming their influencers, i guess.

you have to stream for 5 hours, have an ugly epal overlay and panel AND show and promote the website on stream to be paid out. for $50 in coupons. this on top of their badly optimized website, lack of actual customer support, badly moderated discord servers, lack of moderation on the website, no age check which allows minors to sell NSFW services on the website, etc...

EPal has simply gone downhill.

I saw a video of a YouTuber / Influencer providing details of E-Pal, saying that it was a good site and to try it out. When I checked the E-Pal pages, from TikTok and Twitter, there is two codes that they say that they provide us 5$‎ coupon to try it out. It's a lie. I created my account using one of the codes that they provide, and guess what? I tried to order someone and the discount wasn't anywhere in my account. I was about to waste money on this, to play league of legends with some people, but right now i'm not going to. I wanted to try it out with the discount, but nope. Don't publicize codes that don't work or even don't publicize giving 5$ discount when you don't give that to new users. Total scam.

Got my account frozen, and they always give the same automated response "Our Customer Support team reviewed the report(s) associated with your account and took appropriate measures" for whenever I try to ask WHY. Most of the reports are from Angry Entitled Men who can't take a no for an answer!

At least say WHY you banned a person, or NOTIFY THEM BEFOREHAND to CHANGE what they were doing wrong.

All the website tells me is a pop-up saying "inappropriate instant". Okay, WHY wasn't I told when I POSTED the instant, when I thought I was abiding all the rules, but was mistaken? There's a serious lack of feedback for when you are using the app. And even then, WHAT did I put on that instant, that could have been inapropiate? If there's a message constantly telling me to not take things out of E-Pal whenever I even dare to mention Discord on chats, why can't there be something similar on the instant cards?

Plus, it looks like they won't pay you the money you EARNED because the account is frozen. And they don't even tell you if it's a permanent ban, or a temporal suspension... damn.

Huge data leak due to incompetence, looking at a class action. Get involved if you can.

After a long time of being an epal, I've decided to bid farewell to this page and move on to greener pastures.
I registered on epal last summer. There were months where epal was helping me earn good and I was even one of the top epals this past summer. But the changes you constantly make to this page without really consulting the ones who bring people to you and help you earn your income as a company, aka your 'epals' without prior warnings have made me finally leave for good. 'What will they think of now and will or will I not be able to keep earning' is something that stressed me out a lot over the past year. I will talk about the things I have experienced, because that is the only credible information I can give you.

The direction you're going with your page is not the right one. Instead of trying to become the next Twitch, you should have focused on giving your freelancers a better platform, and for the people who spend money ordering people on your page - a better deal. Since you added additional fees for people recharging buff my income from your page has VERY DRASTICALLY diminished to the point where it's not even sustainable anymore - not even as a side hustle. You're turning away people from your page - the numbers might say otherwise, but I'm seeing more and more epals and less and less clients. You're being reckless with how you're adding fees, removing fees, changing rules and adding more and more unnecessary things to your page which are not really a good deal for anyone.

Unpopular opinion, but I did agree with the 10% withdraw fee for epals - I used the platform to sell my services and to earn, so you taking a cut from my money wasn't something that I haven't seen before and this was alright for me. But you've made it unattractive for clients to buy buff because of the crazy high fees they have to pay for it. So instead of increasing your earnings and the earnings of the people who represent your page with the buff price being 1:1 you've made epal a thriving place for people doing (or just boosting) free orders and that's no good for anyone.

I don't like how you always focus so much on 'community'. This is a freelancing/buying companionship page and it's for your own good to keep things seperate. The whole 'community' thing was just something people did to give free orders to each other and unfairly boost themselves. I never cared about making connections to other sellers or to be the most active person on your Discord server. Not many people care about your uninventive events and to be most frank, as an epal what I did care about was giving my clients a real quality experience for their money and ultimately, cold hard cash. Besides, all I've gathered from hearing other people's experiences, was that getting involved in more community oriented stuff just meant more drama as it is expected in a competitive environment. And drama at something I considered work, was not the wisest choice. Don't defecate where you eat sort of thing.

The 'Store Rating' system and the Subscribers system was the worst thing that was ever introduced to the page. Keeping up with the crazy requirements to have a good rating would make epal as time consuming as working two full time jobs. And people subscribing was never really something that took off. Ultimately, getting subscribers made epals lose money. Do the math. Eight dollars income per month for a person subscribing is funny, considering they get a big discount for all your services which you had to keep cheap to get any orders at all.

The 'Matching' lobby is another thing that I'd say is complete nonsense. Being eStar, having good reviews and visibility became absolutely useless after this was introduced. Clients are flooded with messages so they don't even spend time to browse on the page. This is another thing that is making you lose money. Think about it.

I never really minded the creeps lurking on the page. This is not something I blame you for. You actually did your best to protect people from them and I will commend you for that. Where there are anonymous people on the Internet, there is abuse and there are creeps. Epal is no exception. This is fine. The changes YOU made to this page caused me much more stress than any creeper that I could easily block.

To people who are thinking of becoming an epal, it's your choice. Try your luck. It is possible to earn money on this page. Know though, that it's not 'OMG THE EASIEST JOB ON THE PLANET PLAYING GAMES WITH PEOPLE FOR MONEY' but it's much more mentally taxing than you can imagine. And ultimately, you might get some money yet lose a lot of time. Managing to earn on this page takes LOTS of time.

As much as I can't see value in being an epal now, I am greatful for the good times I spent on this page and the good money I used to earn. It's not all good, it's not all bad. So three stars it is.

Frozen my account after 3weeks unfreeze for 24hours to withdrawing now frozen the account is like this people is really confused or their is more to it they just frozen your account without giving you any warning.this site need a lot of improvement because this is really annoying the app bot frozen people account after they work to earned a lot of money from the site hmmm it’s crazy

Don’t even waste your time on here been on the website for 2 weeks and I got my account frozen with no explanation. Keep in mind if your account gets frozen or banned you won’t be able to take out any of the funds you work for so it becomes E-Pal money. While working with them doing orders you’d be constantly having the anxiety of if you’ll get banned or frozen because of dirty men in that website asking for nsfw and if you refuse these dirty men it would cause them to report you as catfish due to their fat egos not being able to get what they want. The website is full of scammers and bots constantly trying to scam you and take your PayPal or credit card numbers so be very careful who you give your information to. Most of the E-Pal front Pages are boosted because there no way someone can do 20k orders in 7 days it’s impossible for one person. As soon as E-Pal sees your growing fast they will shut you down because they like to keep the same people on the leaderboard very biased company. So if you want to make money and lose it this is the right place for you.

Absolute useless website don't even try using it, I used it before but have already deleted my account since then but recently got an email saying there was a data breach on it and that my email might be at risk. Worried about my email now as it was an important one, ridiculous how a website that works with real money has bad security please stay away from this. Not only that but whoever runs it are the most stupid and incompetent people ever.

As many others say this website can be good if you wanna make money temporarily and have a strong set of self confidence. I can't count how many times I have cried from mean clients, but there are (no thanks to e-pal) a few WONDERFUL clients on this website.
Not sure if my sanity was worth it tho..

The site is full of scammers, trolls, unserious customers that will bully you the whole time they paid for and even stalkers.
However Epal does have a quick ban and report system which is nice...but no good authentication system, so these stalkers can just make a new account and continue.

and I haven't even mentioned that they clearly boost certain girls to be "top e-pal" and any competitions they host are rigged.

Also I'm not sure what e-pal is trying to convey through their social medias but they sure are sending a misleading message about the website. the women in the videos seem very provocative and suggestive, when their guidelines state:

---"Disseminate pornographic content, obscenity and sexual innuendo in the public environment of the platform (Instant, Team, Post, Chat Room)."

This app is one of the most toxic ones out there. Extremely poor customer service and support. E-Pal moderators and event hosts are really slow with giving rewards (Which can take up to 1 week..) and replies (1-2 weeks).

The community is extremely toxic and competitive with each other and the people on the app just act like children and high schoolers that will spread rumors and talk badly about people they don't like or feel afraid of.

In its state right now, E-Pal is supposed to be a friendly, fun, and safe place to be online at. Well, I thought so too, the app used to be really good and had really friendly people and the staff were responsive. Now the app is very booster sided and people get either really toxic if they lose against others in events or they will talk behind your back because other people can't beat boosters right?

Girls pay guys to boost them orders for the amount of money they send them so the boosters can get coupons to boost even more (2 buff coupons). Girls will also boost themselves with another alt account and even get help from E-Pal official staff members to order themselves for coupons (200 orders for 50 coupons or something similar to this.) It's very sad to see the app is in a really bad state and has a horrible community but I guess this is what's gonna happen when you award people that boost their own order page up am I right?

When you want to withdraw the money you have earned from the app that is called "Buff" you will also have to pay a fee in order to get the money on your Paypal account, which will ALWAYS be in USD. If you want to withdraw 500 buff you need to pay 50 buff to get them. (1 buff = 1 dollar) which will be a lot over time.

They will charge you fees for recharging buff too on the page ($1.21).

Since I first started on the app it felt fresh and new to me, the community was very welcoming and nice and genuine to me and everyone else. I've been on the app for 2 years and I'm very safe to say that the entire app has changed and the community too. The E-Pal officials used to ban people that order boosted each other or at least give warnings, the community was also very against boosting and wanted a fair competition without any unfair behavior, now the E-Pal staff will award you for boosting and they go against their own rules. People on this app are obviously boosting and no one cares anymore. We're talking about 6000+ orders in 7 days or 15.000 orders in 30 days.

The amount of catfishes, scammers, trolls, and NSFW accounts on the page is insane. If you get scammed by an E-Pal service you will NOT get the money back and no punishment will happen to the person that stole your money for the order you placed. Luckily this hasn't happened a lot of times for me, but this has happened and I contacted customer support for money back and they told me it wasn't possible because it's been 3 days since. But I had to wait for even a reply within those days so what am I supposed to do then?

You will see a lot of NSFW accounts and girls posting their linktree link in their profiles or on their Instagram that will link to their 18+ page, girls also promote themselves doing such services on the app via the "instant card" page, spam "sugar babe or daddy" accounts every day and users on the page make spam alt accounts to harass other users for no reason.

Over the past months, I've been heavily harassed by a user on the page that made alt accounts over discord and E-Pal and made false accusations and rumors about me that hurt my reputation. Most people didn't believe it but new users on the page did believe these accusations which were very surprising to me. I decided to look into this and I figured out who the person was and he has a "Legend" title on the page and he asks girls for NSFW with alt accounts on discord and some with his main discord account. He delete his messages to remove his traces but I managed to get a lot of evidence against this person. The person has also been asking underaged women for NSFW, I reported this issue to the E-Pal staff and so far it's being ignored by the customer support team which is insane to me. Later my account got frozen for "Harassment" which makes no sense to me, I warned people from getting scammed or potentially put in a bad position because of this person that has been nothing but aggressive and nasty on the app and it makes me sad to say that E-Pal is a very bad app with no easy staff communication. I've met a lot of nice friends on the app over the years and months I've been active on the app but there are always some people that have to ruin it all.

The E-Pal staff also hires you to catfish on platforms like tinder and other dating platforms to gain an audience on the app, they steal other people's photos without their knowledge and ignore most reports and issues.

MY HISTORY WITH EPAL:
I have been on this site for 2 years, 1000+ orders as a client, and personally promoted this site for a little over a year.

THE POSITIVES:
- You can come to this site to pay people to play video games, talk, or watch a movie with you as a client. It is a real site for those of you questioning it.
- You'll meet some great friends along the way. I have personally made friends with a lot of great E-Pals.
- This is a legit website where you can make money as an E-Pal.

THE NEGATIVES:
- If you care about winning events with prizes involved, there are a lot of E-Pals and clients that are order boosted that win the prizes. There is no way someone can possibly complete 500+ League of Legends games in a day. It is against Epal's rules to do so, but it continues happening anyway. (SOLUTION: Have your moderating team assess the number of orders a client has placed and the number of orders an EPal has received on the various leaderboards. If it looks obviously boosted? You know what to do.)
- The harassments, NSFW requests, stalking, and scammers is an obvious issue here and it's been going on for a very long time. The reporting system could be way better. I've personally witness many Epals being harassed, reported to Epal about the situation, only to have the person who is harassing make a new account to continue doing so. Many Epals leave the site because of this. (SOLUTION: I know there is an IP address ban set for those who have broken the rules, but VPN users have worked around this. I suggest a phone verification system for those who create new accounts.)

Does nothing to protect pals from creepers. They get away with harassing us with very little punishment, if ever any at all.

Epal doesn't even respond to support tickets when you try to escalate. I waited 2 weeks for what should have been a 48 hour response. Nothing. Got the email about deleting my account after that though.

They also refuse to do ANYTHING to discourage the increasingly and very obvious nsfw sales and profiles going on. Seriously, just have one of your staff - NOT a bot, an actual living being - just look down the feeds for 5 minutes. What's usually just a shadey underbelly of most other social platforms has quickly become the main stage of e-pal.

I thought this platform was about gaming and hanging out. You know, like how the app and website description says it is... It is not.

Unless you want to buy or sell feet pictures, stay far, far away.

E-Pal higher ups, ya'll NEED to get some human eyes off your gigantic moneybags and on the platform! You want better reviews? Fix the big issues like abuse of pals!
