It’s a decent site, but its security is horrendous it’s not good at securing people whether be age or ppl asking for nsfw things, the mods also seem more like bots than anything random messages. There is a better why they can up their security. Trolls keep getting in and rolling around causing chaos.

there support pedos and nsfw sellers if you earn a lot you get unbanned fast if you earn nothing you get perma banned from normal selfies this site is full of cringe nsfw buyers

Reply from epal.gg
genuinely horrible, the officials don't follow their own rules, they keep people that do NSFW just cause it gets them money and the site is 16+. epal is turning into a p0rn site. not a gaming one.

Reply from epal.gg
A bit hard to find customers as an epal but once you get started it’s hard to stop lol. You’ll find good people and make a little cash on the side <3
Overall not a bad experience just takes a bit of time and networking

Reply from epal.gg
It was supposed to be a gamer site, and yet almost half ppl there do NSFW and the owners don't care and protect them while banning the nice ppl for nothing

Reply from epal.gg
i got perma banned for only having an invalid pfp where you could see my thigh and there was no other skin showing after they let me out that picture up. no warning no temporary freeze just permanent ban. while popular epals show boobs and thighs on the feed regularly. they don’t give a fk about epals unless you give them a lot of money and their mod team is unfair and corrupted to the bone they let some epals break the rules because they have connection with the mods but fk the rest of us. ridiculous.

epal allow nsfw sellers and there ban normal epals if there dont make much money

Great community, simple and sleek design. Easy to find someone to game with, and overall a good experience!

I recently received a permanent ban from my account, but I believe there has been a misunderstanding. A friend of mine created a new account on the platform as a prank and pretended to be someone else. He contacted me to schedule a game, and when we played, he sent me a PayPal payment without asking for my permission. He already had my PayPal information from outside the platform and wanted to avoid the site’s fee.
I never requested or accepted off-site payments, and as soon as I realized what was happening, I finished the session and left. Later, he reported me and claimed that I had asked for the PayPal payment, which is not true.
I’ve been a member of E-Pal for five years and have always followed the rules and maintained a positive reputation. It feels unfair that my account was permanently banned because of this misunderstanding, while the new account of my friend that caused the issue is still active.
Please review my case again — I would really appreciate it if you could take my long and positive history on the platform into consideration.

Overview:
I tried using this app and never felt so unhappy with an online platform. The overall experience was poor from start to finish
Management and hiring:
-The way they hire hosts and moderators feels so random and there is no clear and professional requirements.
-Management decisions and communication seem unreliable, leading to a rocky user experience.
Events and platform experience:
-Their events appear poorly planned and executed, so boring and u already know who is gonna win the same people every time :)
-The UI/UX design is clumsy and unintuitive, making navigation frustrating.
-When users contribute large gifts or payments, the site often malfunctions or slows down.
Industry positioning and environment:
-They market the site as a gaming and companionship platform, but the atmosphere and some practices feel more like a strip-club environment.
-There is a noticeable level of favoritism, which makes the platform feel unfair in every shape or form, even worse makes people wanna quite.
Income, fees, and fairness:
-They promise decent income, but in practice the same people keep getting richer, while those who actually need support struggle unless they know how to manipulate dumb high-spending clients who throw their money like rice :)
-Low engagement when u reach estar 1 or 2, orders dry up quickly.
-Withdrawal 20%, 10% on gifts, subscription and wish
-The overall earnings are inconsistent and often disappointing.
Technical issues and support:
-Repeated requests to fix site issues are met with excuses about insufficient income.
-The platform frequently breaks or becomes unreliable for no reason at all.
Suggestions for improvement if they wanna listen:)
-Improve transparency and consistency in hiring, moderation, and event planning.
-Rework the user experience design for easier navigation and stability
-Address fairness concerns by reducing favoritism and improving the distribution of opportunities.
-Reevaluate fee structure to be more competitive and clearly explained.
-Invest in reliability and performance, especially during high-traffic or high-payment events.
-Provide clearer, more proactive support and timely fixes for technical problems.
-Establish and publish a transparent set of criteria for penalties.
-Ensure punishments are applied uniformly, regardless of the seller/buyer’s size or income :)
-Improve support interactions and handling troll reviews….etc

I have been with ePal for 3yrs. I had the most progress to potentially getting paid orders in my first year before I took a break. I came back and it's somehow harder! And it's way to easy to tell ePal is sexist. Out of all the eStars you come across or on the spotlight, 85-90% of them are Female. While the other 10-15% are Male. Making it very difficult for everyone to have a fair and equal chance.
Though recently, as of early March of 2026, an ePal Offical reached out to me, offering a chance to help improve myself so I could gain some exposure and be noticed. I am grateful for staff who actually go out to their people and offer some help on those who had a rough experience.

epal and their discord staff and mod team, both on site and on disc are more concerned with ripping in to real hard working sellers than they are these gooner brained buyers and users. theyd rather spend their time warning you for having a "suggestive pfp" for simply being a woman and doing something completely innocent because it *could* be sexualized than banning people harassing ppl for little to nothing. 0/5 if i could. NEVER. EVER USE EPAL. 20% commission rate if ur thinking of being a seller btw. they take so much of what you earn. it's not worth it at all.

Look at the copy and paste answers where they thank people who acutally leave them with a bad review, it's enough to say something about them LMFAO, they do not even read or look at what you send them, TRYING TO UNDERSTAND efficently what happened. (ignore the positive paid reviews, like "jodi" and "liljodi" on the same day lmao, what a circus) "No evidence" with 16 screenshots and a video proving i was scammed. I exposed myself too in that video, knowing i was doing that, to show they had a fkin scammer between their users, who does off platform transactions, propose nsfw (im a human too, why should i refuse if it's proposed to me?) and scam people (3 things against their terms) and guess what? I got banned, the scammer is safe there. You contact the support on discord... "Camille" doesn't even read what you type and barely give you a one word answer or give you more and more copy and paste answers.
The idea behind the site is good and i found a few good people, don't get me wrong, the team and the support tho? A joke, they take your money and that's it, the only thing they care about. I have (had, sorry) 180+ orders in there, and here i am, looking at myself getting banned while a scammer is still there, free to do his things. I really hope someday there will be an actual support behind them. Probably i'll make another account but, of course, I will never give you one more cent cause you don't actually deserve it, i'll just do off platform transactions as a ton of people do in there. Keep protecting the scammers, great job!
Reply to your bullshits: I provided you of EVERYTHING that happened on a third-party website, aka, Throne, and guess what? The user got banned and I've been refunded :) but you don't have enough evidence :(
No worries tho, I don't plan to use your s****y website again, keep up with the shitty work and you'll soon have to close it, gg

There's a lot of great people I met that are great to play videogames with and hang out. There's still some people who break TOS but when you look for the good members, this community is so welcoming and fun!

It is a nice way to engage with new gamers. You can basically rent a gamer for a few rounds if you don't wanna play alone. I made good experiences on there and everyone was super kind.

I’ve been on epal for the past 5 years, I started doing orders more so for the past 2 months, I wanted to withdraw $400, and while I understand initially there is a 10% platform fee and the $0.25 fee from PayPal I got $319.75 instead of $359.75 IF it was 10% in fees but instead I got $319.75 which is about 20% of initial amount, in FAQ and looking everywhere on the app it does not specify a 20% platform fee it only says 10% platform fee on the app and online. Honestly I like using to connect with other gamers but it seems too much.

Epals you can place orders with generally provide a very positive experience with chatting, gaming etc.
I have zero interest in using this service any longer however, as Epal logs you out of your account every other day. There is NO REASON to be sometimes randomly logged out. This is nothing but a nuisance for me, the customer you now lost.
Once I'm logged in, you let me stay logged in until I choose to log out.
Edit: This review provides accurate and factual information of what happened to me and what my experience was. I'm absolutely tired of being notified that I "have to provide more information to epal otherwise this review may be taken offline". Fix the service or not but leave me alone already. If you don't like negative reviews maybe don't negatively impact your customers.

Say device is blocked and has no reason as to why its blocked then they take my money i had on there and didnt even get a refund for it. I wonder if they know no giving a service that is paid for is fraud/ theft. Still havent got a reply back from them about it. I guess I will file a charge back since they gave no reason for the device being blocked
