We’ve recently started to use Enfields because of Adrian Pryke, who used to work at Beals and has transferred. Adrian has been working with us for 7 years now, letting out our properties. He’s an expert in this industry, including legislation changes and is a straight forward talking chap to deal with.

I recommend Enfields as our family have used the Sales & Lettings team over the years. More recently we have had the support of Annah who is supporting us with finding a new tenant, she is always very helpful, efficient & professional. We were shown round a property by Annah. She was totally professional, friendly and welcoming. She answered all our questions and has responded to subsequent emails and phone calls quickly and efficiently. If she didn't know the answer she's taken time to find out from the landlord and get straight back to us. We've felt more than happy to pay the holding fee and secure the property through her.

Annah has been outstanding and the whole process of viewing , securing my property has been seamless . I felt that I was treated with a personal touch and that she understood me and the landlords needs rather than being just a number and in competition with everyone else. Annah (and others at Enfields) have provided tenant find services for several of my properties over the years. They always communicate well and generally, the properties are let within a week or so of going to market. I find their services completely professional and they are a great team to work with. I highly recommend them.
