I cannot recommend this mortgage company highly enough. At 54, I wasn’t sure how straightforward the process would be, but they made everything feel simple, achievable, and completely stress-free from start to finish.

We had a complex situation when applying for our mortgage and Mark went above and beyond to make it happen. His tenacity and determination was incredible, he never gave up! Mark has been advising me on mortgages for many years, and I trust him completely to find the best deals to suit my needs at any given time. Most recently, I switched to a buy-to-let interest-only mortgage, and Mark — along with his family — went above and beyond to support me. They took charge of the process at an especially busy point in my life and guided me through every step, making things so much easier. Unfortunately for him, he’s now stuck with us for life!

Mark and the team at Endeavour are honestly just incredible. They worked with me over a time period of roughly 5 years. From not having the best credit score and being in debt, they went through everything with me to support me to make the best financial decisions and improve my overall financial health and credit rating. This was just the beginning though… after my offer was accepted, they consistently stayed in touch with me and supported me no end through the entire process. As we came closer to exchange date, we had some quite big issues with the solicitors. This was obviously quite stressful, but once again they were amazing and helped me work through all of this. Our mortgage was not the simplest to organise given that we are retired and the objective of the mortgage was to enable us to plan for inheritance tax and pass on some capital to our children, who are also in the process of buying their homes, without the need to sell some of our existing investments. Some lenders failed to understand the concept of investment income.

This is the 3rd time I have called on Mark for help. This time was for a further advance on my mortgage (not something I knew about until speaking with them) Mark and Charles took all the details asked what the best solution would be and went off and found it. They are so approachable and nothing is too much.
