Experienced an issue with my auto cover. Contacted Empire and in less than 24 hours they processed my warranty claim and replacement was with FedEx for delivery. My Contact Agent, Melissa, did an amazing job handling my claim....5 Star service.

I've bought multiple basic covers for cars, motorcycles, and ATVS from EmpireCovers. Note that most of the reviews on their web site are fake as you can't add your own review and they are all 4 or 5 star. The covers are not too expensive and work OK. They blow off the cars easily. They are not super durable. My biggest complaint is that they leave this weird white powder behind on the cars. So I have a freshly washed and waxed car under the cover for a few weeks and then have to clean it again when taking it out for use. I would definitely look around for alternatives before buying from them again.

Ripped after 4 weeks on camper. Brand new out of box. Said they would replace under warranty but couldn’t due to fire in warehouse. I asked for my money back but they offered only half. Will never buy their product again

Ripped after a month of being on my RV . Offering a replacement but why would anyone want to put there trash product on again. Will not refund.

It keeps tearing since we put it on in different places. If weather gets a little wind, it tears more

Can't say enough about Empire. I noticed a tear in my Hatley cover and called to get a replacement. Turns out it had a 12 year warranty. The sent me a new one (got it in two days!) I called abt something else and mentioned that the new one didn't have tie down straps like the original.

New replacement on the way! What great service. Each person I spoke to was nicer than the last. I couldn't be happier or more impressed!

No instructions included with the car cover. There was a piece of paper with a QR code linking to instructional videos. If they can include paper with a QR code, they can include paper with instructions. Video instructions were wrong. Online instruction video said to find label indicating front. No such label. Said to locate attached straps/buckles. None on cover. Have to install buckles yourself. But no instructions! There’s video on installing buckles but no closeup so you can’t see how it’s done. Even after figuring it out for myself, the cover is loosely fitting. I won’t be a returning customer.

I purchased a Stromblock cover for my 1970 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. Unfortunately, after the first substantial rain I found that the cover had soaked through and was sticking to the painted surfaces of my vehicle.
Being thoroughly disappointed, I immediately contacted the Customer Service group of your company via Email to request a return and full refund and received a prompt response from Customer Service Representative Melissa who provided me with clear and concise instructions with next steps to be followed in the process.
Melissa was extremely helpful and patient since in order to send pictures of the sales tag and the leaking cover, my phone service could not support delivery of them through email. Melissa reached out to her supervisor and promptly advised me that they would be able to accept a text message from me with the pictures so that we could continue to move forward to process my request without delay.
Through Melissa's diligence and professionalism, I was able to successfully meet the requirements necessary for review and approval of my return request.
I greatly appreciate all of Melissa's help, guidance and support throughout this process and and grateful for her in going above and beyond to provide elite customer service to me which I am most grateful for.
I will consider your company as a viable option for my future needs due to this most satisfying experience.

I ordered a table cover and today I tried to cover my table only to find it was 2" too short. In order to speak to someone I have to PAY by credit card??????? It should have been 36 inches but it was 2" to short.

ZERO RESPONSE AT ALL LEVELS! THESE JOKERS ARE SCAMMERS!! DO NOT BUY ANYTRHING FROM THESE LOOSERS!! update as of 2 hours AFTER I posted this.
I was issued a credit back! THIS BLOWS MY MIND HOW THEY BLOW ME OFF FOR ALMOST 2 DAYS AND RIGHT AFTER POSTING THIS ON TRUST PILOT THEN THEY REPLY BACK! WOW!! bottom line here is if it takes 4 days to get an IN STOCK item out the door then you have a serious problem and should not be selling on any web site. end of story.

I have 4 motorcycles and 4 cars. I use covers a lot for all my vehicles. Recently one of my motorcycles needed a new cover. I looked at all the offerings. Empire was what I chose. When it arrived, I was disappointed in the quality. I paid much more for this inferior cover than any of the other covers I have, and it is not as good quality as most of my others. If it was half the price, I would not be unhappy. I feel that I was charged for a premium cover and received a cheap piece of junk. I will not be purchasing any other of their products for my vehicles. When I inquired about sending it back for a refund, they told me to destroy it and send them a picture and they would give me a refund after they received the picture. Really! This is such junk that they do not even want it back. If you are looking for a cover for your motorcycles or cars I would suggest that you LOOK ELSEWERE. You can do better!

Just wish they were the first company I purchased a cover from instead of carcovers.com. This company is honest, great quality cover (actually waterproof) and they do not have a limit on the number of warranty claims like carcovers.com. Obviously, these guys know that their covers will last more than a year. I had an issue with the cover they suggested as it was too small. They immediately sent out the correct one.

Written instructions for installing and actually how to tie it down would be very helpful

I have purchased 3 covers from EmpireCovers but the first one had a default. EmpireCovers immediately sent me a replacement. Thank you.

Trailer trailer cover arrived as described and a head of schedule. I would recommend the product to my friends and family and would purchase my next trailer trailer cover from Empire again.

Cover arrived OK but do not see any straps to hold down cover from wind etc. No directions at all as to installation process
