I purchased the items for a gift for my daughter. EB is her chosen table china as well as her Christmas china - obviously, favorites.
Fed Ex advised me the information furnished by EB was insufficient and Customs impacted the package. A copy of the form was provided to me. Apparently more details regarding contents were missing.
EB sent me an email stating the that the form provided was adequate.
The package was impacted.
Yesterday, July 16, I received package.
I am happy with my purchase - all intact; however, the pottery plate was at the bottom and the packing on top (?)
I felt that I should advise EB.
