My parcel arrived promptly but there was a chip in the butter dish. I ring and spoke to a really helpful man who promptly sorted the problem with no fuss.

Good quality products, and I’m very happy with them. Unfortunately, my original parcel was lost during delivery, which was no fault of Emma Bridgewater.

Order not arrived
Ordered on 4th July and still not received order. Contacted Emma Bridgewater but not had a response yet to advise what’s happening. Think the main problem is the delivery company Emma Bridgewater use Evri who are shocking in our area!

The delivery was really fast and the payment page was easy to follow. I feel the products weren't properly packed. I reckon the shop could do better on delivery packaging. A cup was broken when I received it. They are quickly issued a refund. However, that’s not what was expected. I would like to have a new cup delivered to me. Honestly. A little bit disappointed with the packaging. I never had this problem when I purchased Emma Bridgewater from my local stores. They are all well packed.
