Appalling delivery from EVRI
I ordered 6 items on the 3rd July.
It is now the 18th July and my parcel has been at the EVRI depot for 11days with no date to deliver as yet.
I have contacted EVRI 3times and Emma Bridgewater by email and phone. Still no parcel and no help from either company. I am very disappointed as I have gifts in this parcel which are now too late to give.

Mug, personalisation was lovely. I was also impressed in the speed of personalisation and delivery. However I felt the packaging and protection was minimal. The mug did arrive intact but I sometimes buy these to send overseas, I feel it would need a lot more packaging to survive a transatlantic journey
