There was a slight issue with one of the mugs and they were great when I phoned. So nice and apolegitc. Ta replacement was issued the saem day after I email some photos.

So many patterns I love
So many patterns I love. I have some of the pumpkin Tim soups that were new last Falll. Holly and Ivy, Tomato design bowls the carrot rim soups were my first. Just love them. BTW, I’m a vendor for a different dinnerware company so if I’m buying from you it a big deal. Love to see more pumpkins this fall!

Poor service
Products are great. Unfortunately they use Evri as their preferred delivery partner and they aren't voted the worst courier in the UK year on year for nothing. This choice of theirs will ultimately affect the overall feeling of disappointment in their service. Also when my delivery didn't arrive for days, I filled out 3 contact forms to customer service and didn't get a reply. So poor customer service and poor choice of delivery partner

I just love Emma Bridgewater pieces
I just love Emma Bridgewater pieces. I looked through the sale items and treat myself to 3 bits of crockery (the Spring bunch oval platter is divine), a tea towel and bunting. All first class. The crockery was very well packaged and arrived on time without a scratch. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service
I order two item on sale. The items I received were both faulty although I had not paid for seconds. I felt very disappointed as I felt this was a poor service to get two items with problems. I phoned immediately. I was offered to take them by giving me a discount which would be the same as buying seconds or a refund. I explained I still wanted the same items but no faults because one was meant as a birthday present but although the situation was thier fault there was no flexibility to reserve the items for me. I returned the items and after not hearing after more than 1 week I rang and they said the items were no longer in stock .
