I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Andy from Embleton Flooring and was incredibly impressed by his professionalism, honesty and depth of knowledge. After months of researching flooring options, Andy stood out for his genuine approach and willingness to provide advice based on what was best for my project rather than simply trying to make a sale.
His experience was obvious in every recommendation he made and he took the time to understand exactly what we were trying to achieve. The level of service, expertise and integrity he demonstrated was exceptional and gave me enormous confidence throughout the decision making process.

Great to receive free samples. Unfortunately I realised the sample I would like to use across my house is for a product not available in Western Australia so that’s hugely disappointing! Suggest don’t ship samples if product unavailable in location. Thank you

Great customer service
There was an issue with the delivery due to the courier, which was outside Embelton Flooring's control. However, Embelton have been extremely helpful and assisted in resolving the issue quickly and professionally.
I haven't installed the flooring yet, but I'll update this review once the installation is complete.
Throughout the process, communication from Embelton was excellent, and I was very happy with the level of customer service
