Our purpose is to offer you free, honest and independent advice on which plan best suits your needs, whether it be the cheapest deal, energy type, contract or no contract, we will find you the perfect plan. Then to top it all off once you're happy with our recommendation, we'll sort all the paperwork out for you and arrange the set up. Then all you have to do is wait for your next meter reading or move in date and your new supplier will take over the billing. The best thing is you don't pay a thing for our service, you have a 10 business day cooling off period if you're a little unsure, and if you're happy with the arrangement you'll be on your way to cheaper electricity and gas.

My personal experience was extremely disappointing. Most of the content consisted of basic PowerPoint presentations with people simply reading through marketing theories. The practical training videos were outdated, and even the apps they recommended had already changed their structure and features.
Despite the promises made during the sales process, there was very little genuine support after payment was completed. You are expected to self-study independently, spend additional money on apps, subscriptions, and advertising, and there is absolutely no guarantee of achieving any sales or success.
Customer service was very responsive before enrollment, but after payment, communication and support became extremely poor. The company heavily advertised a “money-back guarantee if the course is not suitable,” however when I requested a refund, it was refused.
I believe many of the advertisements and promotional videos are designed mainly to attract more customers rather than provide meaningful long-term support.
For $3,000, you are far better off investing in a properly accredited or qualified course with real trainers, structured support, and updated material.
Please learn from my mistake and think carefully before believing online promises that sound too good to be true.
I will also be preparing a formal complaint to the ACCC regarding this matter.

Short wait well trained staff.
I had a short wait in the queue which was great. I was dumped back in a queue by a British gal who was going to help me so I called back and spoke with a much more informed guy. He spoke quite quickly but I got used to it. I had no idea I wasn't talking to Origin. Very disturbing.
