Very helpful and informative

The gentleman who was helping us certainly explained our current health insurance and streamlined our new policy. I still was hoping for a cheaper option but we are almost equal to what we were already paying but upgrading what we use and need not unnecessary cover.

Andres was very caring, thorough and experienced

Andrew was so helpful and caring. I was paying for 2 insurers which upset me greatly as the last broker told me he would cancel my previous policy and did not go through with it costing me a lot of money. Andrew advised me what to do and went through my policy thoroughly so I wasn’t p as tying for things I didn’t need. Andrew is an asset to your company.

A positive experience with health Compare

When I answered the phone the lady explained who she was and the company she was from. She was friendly and efficient. She then explained the transfer process to Andy the consultant. Andy then took over and looked for the best plan for me and why. He was patient with questions gave me time to make a decision and guided me when I needed additional information. He was able to save me money, get me higher rebates and tweak my policy for my unique requirements. Very happy.

A genuinely good experience

Customer service

Owa , what a delightful person , incredibly helpful, patient, articulate and patient. What a wonderful guy to have on your team and he certainly assisted me and delivered an exceptional deal also . If only there were more people like him to assist customers. 10 out of 10 😊😊😎😎
