Tallinn : Very good product but a bit disapointed about the closing mechanism
I received the bag quite early (I live in France), with several layers of plastic to protect it. The colour (i chose the grey one) turned out more greenish than i expected but still OK. I love the amount of pockets and the bag isn't that heavy.
However, please note that the closing mechanism (the straps with buckles) are actually closed by magnets and the said buckles are just a decoration - closes well but not as safe.
Overall, i would recommend those bags but take note for those buckles - a friend of mine who chose a different bag had the same issue.

Great products, I love my backpack so much that I purchased a messenger bag within a few weeks. Both bags are great, there is so much attention to detail in the construction and very good quality.

I love this bag!
From the moment I opened the package, I fell in love with this bag. I use it everyday for my groceries, going to university and when I go on trips. The material was rough in the beginning, but when using it that will change quickly. Highly recommend this bag!

Material such as waxed canvas are quite rough when you buy them because canvas was waxed right after production and, as it was never used before, need some time to adjust and to soften. As you mentioned, it changes pretty quickly.

I lost this summer my previous and long kept travel bag and was looking for a suitable replacement for my next trip.
A friend of mine showed me Eikenshop and i was enthralled by the Kaori duffle bag, which seemed to perfectly fit my expectations.
I was a little bit worried by some negative comments here but after having read the "about us" section I contacted the owner and he was very helpful and accommodating.

Nice product, deceptive advertising?
Unusually for me, I was taken in by a banner ad on instagram. Bought a bag for a "discount" £65 and to be honest I'm very happy with it.
But their advertising is quite deceptive - it implies this is a European company, but they're obviously made in and shipped from China. But I'm content with the quality of my purchase so it's fine.

Just after I bought the « Helsinki » bag I made à trip and the bag was just awesome !!

Great experience with Eiken
Great experience with Eiken. My wife and I were looking for outdoor gears for our next trip in Australia and we chose 2 backpacks (Goteborg and Lund) and 2 travel bags (inuvik and maika).
We received them a week after ordering. Quality is really nice, leather is outstanding and waxed canvas very sturdy. We can't wait to use them on the field.
Ps: customer care team was really helpful. I picked the wrong color and Clemence was really responsive and helped me out.
