Love it. Bought on the recommendation of a friend after I had a look at theirs. Quality, durable materials, does everything I need it to. Tested out in the field today and on a previous hikes, full of all my usual stuff - very comfortable the whole three hours. Here’s to the Eiken guys for a great product. It looks gorgeous too!

Bought a bag less than six months ago and the zip has already broken. Eiken customer services have at least eplied to my email but only to inform us there is nothing they can do. No apology, no offer of repair, no offer of refund, nothing. Terrible customer service from this company.

The bag is absolute quality and in my view good value for what you get. It feels as though it will last for the next decade at least. Ordering, delivery and communication were all seamless.

Ordered a MAIKA bag on January 10, finally received it on February 1st, tracking didn't work. Goods are send from China. Buyers should be aware of before they order.
Bag material is described as cotton, cotton canvas. On arrival it's labelled as cotton/polyester and Polyester Cotton. And what disturbes me most: It's "Made in China" - no such mentioning in the description (Not that I have anything against Chinese - but I know the work conditions there very well). All in all I'm feeling somewhat betrayed.
Bag doesn't seem to be extraordinarily bad. However will not buy from this company again.

Sturdy material, beautiful color, pretty spacious for work or as a daypack. Happy with it!

The bag is very nice, looks same as on photos, it is made out of quality and durable material. Definitely a bag that will survive a hike in the forrest keeping your things safe. And in the urban jungle it will survive too. Since the material is really tough I believe it would be very difficult to cut it open and steel your things also the closing where you have to roll the top makes it much more difficult for intruders. However a problem comes with the leather belts that have holes and you have to push on the metal stud. The leather belts are too close to the front pocket so to put it in the correct place you always have use both hands to push it on the stud but also push it aside from the front pocket. And when your backpack is half empty it is very difficult as you have nothing to push against.

A beautifully made, perfectly detailed, sturdy, wonderful bag! I purchased another bag from Eiken a while ago and based on that one being of incredible quality, I thought another was in order. After receiving it I was incredibly pleased with the quality, the design, the details, the handles, the pockets - in short, everything about it!
Cannot recommend more highly.

Got the Copenhague bag. True to the photos. Great quality and sturdy backpack with plenty of space, also love the seperate laptop compartment. The look of the bag is outdoorsy retro.

I purchased my backpack, expecting a durable, roomy pack. I am happy to say, I got just what I expected. I can tell it was fashioned from high quality materials. The canvas, and leather are genuine, to say the least. Overall, I am glad I made this purchase.
