Great price if you're willing to wait.

To put it simply- this website did work for me and I DID receive the purchased item. I saw a lot of mixed reviews and there was a moment I was quite worried about my order. Overall the experience was ok.

👍The good: I had no issues paying, a discount code I had was a bit glitchy but also worked and the price was very very good. Item arrived and is as advertised. Box was a bit bent but no damage to the product. Once you have a courier tracker the process goes smoothly.
👎The bad: The waiting time is quite a bit longer than what is stated on the website. It can also be quite stressful to watch a tracker not update for weeks. The team do reply to emails (if with a delay). Package was wrapped just ok and mine was bent a fair bit. Wouldn't be ok as a gift probably.

Conclusion: If, despite the above, you are willing to wait a fair bit then the price is very good. Do use PayPal to feel calmer and be prepared to wait a month. Do not use the site if you urgently need a gift or a replacement item asap. I'd say give items purchased here a month or more of a buffer.

Perfect transaction. Zero costs on reception. Best money I've ever spent. Product delivered. Impeccable packaging. Tracking showed up almost instantly. Once shipped, incredibly fast; like 36 hours from Hong Kong to USA to Canada to my door step, no fooling around at customs. All with text messages from DHL in advance. Delightful unpackaging. Product 100% authentic sealed box from manufacturer. Absolutely no dammage. 

A word of advice for buyers; don't get stressed 
out if ever your order is processing for a few days or more, don't worry they are on it and they will save you a ton of cash, just relax and let them do their thing, have confidence they are doing everything they can to keep up with demand. Don't blow it all up by emailing them a million times, just relax,  the highest probable outcome is a positive experience. Mine was and I'm going to be ordering again. This was fun! ;) :) It may not be for everyone, but it's definitely my type of thing.

I bought a phone and paid through paypal but I chose the wrong currency conversion method so I decided to cancel the order. They handled the cancellation promptly. I was searching for A51 for Canada with the 6 GB ram and couldn't find it anywhere else but here for the same price as a 4GB ram in Amazon.

I bought a Sony Wh-1000XM3, after 4 days of use it already begins to have some problem. It seems so many person have this kind of problem. I'm sending it back and have a refund. Save yourself the money and don't buy them anything...

This is the first product I ordered from eGlobal Central. I really wanted this tablet and I found it on the eGlobal Central website. I made an order with Express delivery and I was very happy when I received the goods 4 days after the order !!!! The item is very well packaged in its original packaging. Everything works perfectly!!! This is what I was looking for so long and could not find on other sites. Thanks a lot Eglobal Central. I really love my beautiful tablet !!!

Beware of poor after sales service. Their products are not repaired by qualified technicians. Neither are the parts they used are genuine parts. They do not provide any guarantee that the same fault won't happen again after the repair. i.e. Consumers can end up paying for the trying to get the product fixed multiple times at their own cost !!!

Ordered on December 9th and the phone was shipped on December 30th. Item was listed as in stock and the expected shipping time was 3 to 5 days. I followed up and was given incorrect shipping dates both times. I was close to requesting a chargeback from Visa. All my messages were responded too.

There would be a lot less hassle if they were honest about shipping times.

The package arrived on time, on 5 days, without import tax.
So, as a conclusion, my experience is far better than what I expected.

Shipping is fast. Camera lenses I've purchased here are legitimate, from the manufacturer, and top notch quality. Best of all, prices are excellent for some products, even lower than used market rate in some cases.

Ordered and my insured package from DHL was supposedly delivered on a federal holiday. I've been going back and forth with DHL for weeks while they've been "investigating". eGlobal Central has been no help. It's now been 3 weeks since I've ordered and I have no package and their support just gave me a fake number to call DHL again. Seems like they're just trying to delay because they know most credit card purchase protection only lasts 30 days. The prices were lower but ask yourself, is dealing with this shady company worth the hassle?

I was a little skeptical at first being that I was order a high end casio watch from Hong Kong. But it took 5 days to get here in NJ. It was a brand new Casio Protrek with all the original boxing and doc's present. I was happily surprised when it got to my home and I opened the box. It was exactly as they said it would be. I purchased a Fujifilm 50-230mm lens from eGlobalCentral and it arrived quickly in brand new packaging. I couldn't be happier and will choose them for most of my future mirrorless camera and lens needs!

Unfortunately it is not possible to rate this company lower than 1 star. I have ordered a GoPro with some accessories on April 13th 2019 from the Netherlands. We are now in September (almost 5 months further!) and I still haven't received my order, neither got my money back.
I have spend more than €400 and the only answer I get from the customer service are the automatic generated replies from a Gerda Lanacken. The tracking of DPD hasn't changed since I the order has been 'sent': "Order information has been transmitted to DPD". Even DPD hasn't received my order, so according to eGlobal Central the only thing they can do is putting a claim at DPD. Ridiculous the leave me as a customer empty handed as they have a problem with their chosen transport company.
Probably they will reply to this review with the standard generated answer as you have seen with the other reviews.
If they are able to solve this problem shortly I will adjust this review, otherwise I can only advise: be pennywise and DO NOT ORDER HERE!
