They reduced my monthly bill and also…

They reduced my monthly bill and also got me full fiber sorted out because I wasn’t happy with the amount the bill for just broardband had risen since originally taking it out.

A thoroughly professional and efficient service.

The EE agent spoke English clearly and was easy to understand. What was offered was clearly explained without pressure to accept or confusing 'advertising-speak'. They were polite and patient, answered questions promptly and in simple terms. When it was necessary to put my call on hold I did not have to wait inordinately long and was always re-greeted with an apology for having to wait. A thoroughly professional and efficient service.
