I rang to query my April bill which was…
I rang to query my April bill which was much higher than expected after some agreed changes to my broadband and tv package. After speaking to 4 guides over 1 hrs 47 mins my matter was still not fully resolved. The 4th guide, Max, seemed to have sorted things but could not be sure until tomorrow that the necessary changes had taken place. He promised to ring me then at 1.00 pm to confirm details. I await developments with interest.

Great experience with customer service call told me how long I would be waiting which was about right then chap I spoke to was super helpful and explained all the details and helped me renew my plan.

Wasting a lot of my time and downgrading my tv package.
My BT broadband stopped working properly with no warning. Was then told had to switch to EE. Had to wait 3 days for kit. App kept glitching when attempting to set up. Wait for ‘chat’ with engineer was 35 min. My Netflix Premium account has been downgraded to with ads, which nobody asked me about. I could not access my tv package after agreeing to switch.

My EE experience.
The man who spoke to me was very pleasant but he was unaware of some things he should of known. If I were to change over to EE I would lose a lot of my channels. I was told my order was cancelled and I asked for an email to verify it but it hasn't happened.

Found the website site a bit daunting…
Found the website site a bit daunting as I amnot completely aware about speeds downloads etc, I also would have liked to see where the phone contract was too ,found myself confused over the prices and had to contact my son for advice.Wouldbe better if you showed a like for like option
