Dear Richa,
We are end of August, for a cancelled flight that is from end of April!
That is 4 months!

I will seek legal assistance if things don't move forward.

I am not a bank who lends money, I am asking you to do your job.
I want to be treated like a client, not just in the advertising, but in PRACTICE.

Don’t tell me the airline has not paid, make them pay.
Or pay it yourself.

Be aware this is scamming and very low customer services I bought tickets 1130£ when I arrived the airport I can’t fly because there’s errors for tickets and call the agency but is too late

i did a my ticket, it was three connection flights and airport didnt check in me because they told me you other flights are not confirmed even i talked them there are saying talk to airline we can do anything if we are getting ticket from you guys then why are you running travel agency. Fake and they scammers

Absolutely disgrace. !! Do not use their app. Be very aware of it. My partner used his edreams app to purchase a flight ticket departing this 27 June 2023 for his good friend. My partner had purchased his own ticket same date/flight prio to this. When my partner confirmed all d passenger details was correct for his friend he purchased this ticket for his friend paying €1,100 using his edreams app The confirmation came back saying the ticket in my partner name , not his frond. I have tried everything to fix problem. This was obviously a tech error in edreams. I have contacted edreams from phone calls , emails, chats. They keep saying not their fault and to contact aer France. Aie France are no better. Saying same. I’ve contacted European consumer and minister of trav/transport. - all slow to reply. The time is coming nearer. My partner has 2 tickets flying in same plane /flight on 27 June 2023 and his friend has no ticket. Absolutely disgrace. I was willing to pay extra fee for edit of name that they even did. They totally put in wrong passenger. They say also that cannot get refund. So that is edreams. Also my partner is a prime customer in edreams. This means nothing. Nightmare it is 🥹🥹

They are scammers. If you happen to buy an flight ticket from their application or website, after a few days, you realize that they have deducted a large amount of money without your permission from your account for a Prime account. And when you ask them to return the money, they say it's not possible. Even after that, you can't cancel your subscription, and it gives an error. Interestingly, the prices of their tickets are more expensive than any other website.

I would like you to be more patient with us when we enter the chat and solve our problem on the spot, not to enter three times to solve it.

0 stars! Nearly a year not received my refund back for flight that was cancelled by Easyjet. Easyjet has returned the money for the flight cancellation but edreams won’t return the money back! Have wrote them many many emails and contacted them many times. Always same answer saying has been passed on to other team on priority but no response after that. Transaction shown by Easyjet shows that edreams payment was made from China! No wonder they can’t find the refund and keep blaming airline company when Easyjet has returned the money within 2 working days and edreams keep saying it’ll take 60days to get the money back. 300days has passed still no refund!

It’s coming up to 3 year since my tickets was cancelled, during the coronavirus pandemic. I haven’t got my tickets refunded yet!! Awful as they promised they will get back with in 60 days!!!
Every time I try to contact them they have never got back to me! Be aware if you need to order tickets with them. It can take up to 3 or more years before you get your money back!!!

the finance department has made a very big mistake.
There is a refund for me that i should receive on august 2022 but did not receive it till now because of the finance department who made this mistakes.
First refund was on november when they puted a wrong name of the account holder which Mr Youssef Habti but they puted my name even i told them that i am not the account holder cauz i am bloked in morocco and i do not have a bank account. The bank has returned the money and that took couple of weeks.
On 4th january 2023 they sent the second refund with normaly the righr details which i gave. But in this time they puted a wrong account number.i do not know from where they got those numbers

It’s a scam for sure: The money I paid for 3 tickets flying to Penang by Thai Airways International was not refunded…even though the flights were cancelled by the airlines.
Please do not do any business with this company and I am sure that there are many people like me who have been waiting for the money to be refunded! I have been waiting since July 2020 due to COVID!
Buy direct from airlines is always safer and you can change the date easily although you pay tens of pounds extra.

The worst company ever, I booked a return flight with them at the beginning of June 2022. They were not able to confirm one of my flights and I had to cancel it, it is now November 2022 and I am still waiting for my refund. The worst company ever, customer service is appalling. I have to literally beg for my refund.

On my booking, my money was taken twice. I haven't been able to get my money back. It's been 6 weeks, lots off calls. They saying they will, but still not had it. 1,300 pounds they have kept

Someway they charged me for a prime membership without me knowing. Impossible to get hold off.
This is a scam company - dont use them.
