They are scammers.i have been billed once again for 70 eur even after asking them to delete my card details..obviously scamming going on on their Web...trying to get sorted but impossible to actually get someone to sort it...terrible keep well away..disgusting carry on.my legal advisors are dealing with it now

The setting was set in USD. The prices were shown in USD. But the purchase transaction happened in GBP. They dont request for OTP and hence no way to know what is being debited. And email to customer service is responded as "This email is no longer monitored"

Horrible company. This company is a SCAM. I booked a flight and I did not receive any email confirmation and they charged my money though. The agent told me my status flight is pending. What does mean it is pending and it is not been confirmed? But in the meantime they charged me the money.They told me I have to call my bank to get my money back. Seriously? NEVER AGAIN. EDREAM IS A SCAM , STAY AWAY

Absolutely disgusted with @eDreams! Booked 'free cancellation' tickets only to find out it's a SCAM! Tried to cancel within 24hrs, they're offering less than 50% refund citing bogus 'additional charges' I NEVER agreed to! #eDreamsScam #FalseAdvertising #TravelersBeware

Awful company to deal with, when you get a problem, they don't help, all they say is wait, wait, wait! You need wait 30 days, 30 days goes by and nothing, you chase them again, you need to wait 90 days after the trip, 90 days goes by, nothing! Having agreed a full refund, we are now over 8 months later and still nothing. Not one update, not one call, email or message. Awful, don't use them unless you can guarantee no issues. They hide behind the airlines and state in their T&Cs that your contract is with the Airline.

Scammers .people stay away before you lose your money

Very Bad customer service. I have flexible ticket booked with eDreams. I quested with them. Could you pls cancel my ticket and do it refund. EDreams tell to us. Airlines need to cancel or changes dates the ticket, finally I lost my ticket. Edream responded very lately. I quested to all , pls don’t book through edreams.

I bought a flight Barcelona - Ushuaia, return ticket via eDreams.
I have since this got a number of changes, but the latest one, between Argentina (EZE) to first Madrid changed the departure date one day forward. Then I should miss the last distance between Madrid to Barcelona, originally dated the same date as the new flight from EZE to Madrid.

I called the customer support on eDreams. They should fix this and return "within 72 hours with a new confirmation". Nothing happend!

Wrote to them and repeated everything on their chat in their app. Again they should send a new confirmation "within 72 hours". Nothing has happen (they have all contact details!!):

One more try via the chat. "We return with a new confirmation within 72 hours". Nothing has happen!!

NOW a FOURTH try...nothing happen!!

I have NEVER experienced such a bad customer support in my life!!!! Will NEVER use eDreams again!!

I just compare with an another company I have used, EXPEDIA. Ecxellent, quick service!!

Take money, after don't send nothing. After canceling fly and after ask again to pay telling that you didn't pay! Will post all the emails that received from them!

Booked a flight through edreams no confirmation or proof of flight but money has been taken from my account, when I log in no proof of flight and I don’t even know if it’s booked. No was of speaking to anyone even on email. Scammers

Dreadful company!! Almost impossible to speak to a real person to cancel my annual subscription which was only taken out to get a Ukraine refugee back to his country. They refused to refund this year’s subscription but offered vouchers in lieu of. In my 80’s I am unlikely to fly again & I only subscribed in order to get him back to Ukraine. No refund for the coming year offered. What a useless unbelievable company. Don’t EVER use this company if you want to remain sane!!!

I booked a return ticket from Lagos - Birmingham in September and November 2023 respectively. In addition to flight, I paid to carry 2 additional 23 kg luggage for the trip. At the airport, I was told that edreams only made a basic booking that allowed me to carry only 1 luggage (instead of 3 luggage). When I contacted them for refund, they've refused to refund the payment despite providing them evidence that I was only allowed to carry a single luggage with me. This is a fraudulent behaviour and will recommend that you think twice before booking with them.

Purchased a flight with them. Paid extra for a change, if needed. They say they will contact and work with us to book another flight if airline cancels the flight. Emirates canceled my flight. Edreams neither contacted me nor answered my phone calls.

If I could give no stars I would. Over a week after trip was paid in full and taken eDreams is still trying to take $94.99 from my card. They try it 2-3 times a day. This place is a fraud DO NOT TRUST THEM

More than 2 months and still waiting for a refund of a flight that got cancelled. The airline has already told me that they issued the refund to edreams long time ago and everytkme I contact them, they are unable to look into the accounts of the company to confirm this. Completely useless people and company, I would strongly suggest to avoid them

I booked a flight on 9 August only to find out that edreams by error booked my flight on 9 September, a month later. I couldn't do a check in and I had to buy another ticket at airport as airline said 'no on the passengers list'. Very difficult to contact with, after two hours going through, they said that booking was correct on their side, which eventually proved to be wrong and they actually lied to me. They ignored further communication. I entered into valid purchase agreement for a specific flight at specific date and they didn't deliver on the contract, despite sending me email with booking confirmation. Avoid at any cost, I can eventually understand that errors can happen everywhere but handling of customers complaints is below any acceptable standard.

Do NOT subscribe to eddreams, they will get your money from any of your bank accounts without your authorisation. Eddreams is worse than I thought, after reading the feedback from other people.

My flight is cancelled, I know from the news but can't contact e dreams, no human reply ,just an unsufistacted bot. I had to call the UK from tlv just to reach and endless waiting. Ive been getting mails to contact the airline the airline says to contact them,no human existing .

Booked a flight through edreams but a few weeks later unknowingly to me I get a bill from my credit card company for € 74.99 for a subscription that I never signed up for , needless to say I will never use edreams again , stay away and avoid this company
