Solar panel roof leak

Spoke to Stephanie about my concerns on roof which is leaking. Stephanie was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable and sorted out the issue we had. Would Highly recommend Ecovision many thanks

Good communication

Good communication from scheduling the appointment to the engineer arriving and completing the work. The engineer was efficient causing limited down time whilst completing the work.
Ecovision have always kept on top of any regulation changes that have required modifications/upgrades to the installation and have organised these upgrades as soon as they were able to.

Very good service and the engineer was…

Cancelled engineer appointments.

It was a few weeks ago that I had an arranged appointment with an engineer to update the system. Delays and cancellation happened 3 times. The engineer was polite and worked well. Explaining what had been done. Few days later panels had stopped producing electricity. Demand from ecovision to get this rectified ASAP. Sent an appointment time 6 weeks ahead. I wasn’t very happy with this as I would not benefit from generated electricity from the panels due to no fault of my own.. I emailed to explain what had happened. I received a reply saying engineer would be with me in 2 weeks. Same engineer as before. Again he was polite and knowledgeable and fixed the problem within minutes. No further reoccurrence. Took so long to get the work completed.

Excellent Customer Service.

Ecovision called a couple of times to arrange an appointment, for various reasons I didn't get around to replying, they were patient and didn't becomes annoyed by my tardiness. Once the appointment was made the engineer, a lovely guy, turned up on the agreed day at the agreed time and competed his work swiftly and efficiently. No complaints whatsoever.

The engineer was very polite and…

The engineer was very polite and caring, he came in with covered boots and left after completing his job leaving everywhere clean and tidy. The only disappointment is he was going to report i have pidgens roosting under the panels and I have not had a reply from your company ashen someone is coming to stop them Astley are messing on the panels.

so we can review your account and provide a clear update as quickly as possible.

We would also like to make you aware that under UK wildlife legislation, including the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, we are unable to install pigeon mesh if birds are actively nesting, as they are protected during nesting periods. If nesting is present, work can only be carried out once the nest is no longer active.

If you contact us directly, we’ll be happy to assess the situation and advise on the next appropriate steps.

Failure to arrange the cleaning of the…

Failure to arrange the cleaning of the solar panels, after their guy who changed the meter, said it needed doing, that was nearly a year ago now.
So, the panels are not generating the full amount of energy, that they could do.

Came on time, and wouldn't leave until he was sure the meter was working, as it was a very cloudy day. Everything ok since the change.
