Ecologic. What an amazing company! Garry has been phenomenal while arranging our business tariff. He has called the energy company so many times and got things sorted, which was hugely beneficial. He also called in the Ombudsman twice, who agreed our plight but seem fairly toothless against the Energy companies! Our small business can't praise Garry enough.

Dayna Lille was extremely helpful, demonstrated a detailed knowledge of the process to change providers and kept me informed of progress regularly.

I have been dealing with Dylan Pick, who has been more than helpful regarding our business energy contract. Incredibly efficient and polite and managed to save us heaps on our electricity over a two year contract. Together with his colleague Chris Cameron, they have both whizzed through the deal within a couple of hours. Thank you both.

We found Sophie Ward to be a shining light while trying to resolve issues caused by scammers who had taken advantage of my vulnerable mother. The stress of extortionately high energy bills, and not being able to speak to a human at our energy supplier, was overwhelming.
Sophie was caring, efficient and diligent in achieving what we needed to be freed from an inappropriate contract. We felt supported and in the hands of a professional.
All our issues have been resolved now and I highly recommend their services.

Great customer service! Dylan Pick has been really helpful while we have been trying to switch energy providers. He is very knowledgeable and provided quotes in record time. In this instance, the prices weren't quite right for us to commit but could not fault their customer service at this stage. Would certainly try them again in the future.

I have recently contacted Chris Cameron and Sophie Ward for assistance with switching our surgery's gas and electricity supply.
