Love the stuff that arrived. A real treat!

Great service, lovely products and quick delivery.

Never received my order and am yet to receive an explanation/refund.

Bought a three month subscription as a gift and it has gone down so well, I am continuing with it. The box represents great value and has a varied range of products in each box (so I am told!)

For me as the purchaser the company could not be more responsive and courteous in their communication. A delight to deal with.

Summary: Excellent all round. Bravo!

Fabulous! Fabulous! Ordered a 'new mum pamper pack' for a friend in work, a few items were unavailable, so Ecocobox messaged me immediately to offer 'swapsies', which were more than acceptable. Great communication, fabulous products, and all round great service; my friend is going to love it..... and there's chocolate!!! Utterly fab!!

Great products, I ordered it as a gift and the first box turned up within a week - they are so good that they keep boxes aside especially for gifts to make sure they can quickly respond when it’s important.

I asked that bath products could be swapped for shower products but this did not happen.

Bought this as a gift for my wife Holly and she has loved the products selected in every box, It’s clear that a lot of love and care goes onto this. Holly is always excited to see her Ecocobox has arrived.

Brilliant idea and loved my bi-monthy treats for me and my baby.

Love the idea, and most of the products are great. Joined because they are things I (living in NI) wouldn’t normally be able to buy in shops, however this time it included a brand that I can buy in the supermarket. Just felt a bit less... exclusive?
Being picky I know but money’s tighter than ever this year so I always justified the eco box cost by its products not being easily available to me.

Love this box I bought the Mum to be for my sister in law for Christmas, I can't wait to give it to her. Everything is full size and beautiful quality.

Another amazing ecocobox! Every product is always so well thought out and amazing. I love trying new ethical brands that I otherwise wouldn’t of discovered. Getting gorgeous treats such as candles that I simply wouldn’t treat myself to in the shop. It’s such a luxury to have this service delivered directly to my door bi-monthly. It feels like every item has been hand picked just for me.
