The experience started off really good. The representative that contacted me was very professional and friendly. She explained the whole process thoroughly, as it relates to fees and payments. It was stated that I would pay a certain fee (88.67)now inclusive of the administrative fee, and at the end of the month I would pay $123.97.monthly going forward the representative also explained that no fees would be deducted from my card until they received a confirmation call from me. The lease was sent to me electronically and I was comfortable moving forward as everything was explained and agreed-upon. However, that was not to be the case. The following day before 9 AM, the $123.97.was deducted from my account without a confirmation call from me and that was not what was agreed. When I called and spoke with the representative, it was explained that it was a miscommunication somewhere and that was another red flag, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said OK. After thinking it over and sleeping on it I decided to cancel the process because first impressions are lasting, and the beginning agreement has already been changed and I no longer wish to go ahead with the process. I contacted the establishment this morning to explain that I no longer wish to move forward with the process or obtaining the items and I was told by another representative that I would have to wait until the following day because the person responsible for issuing refunds reimbursements was not in. So not only was I misled, now I have to be inconvenienced and out of money that I can’t afford to be because of no fault of my own. My first experience was not a pleasant one, and I do not know if I would ever attempt to do any future business with easy home in the future.
