A great product! Follow the instructions and and you will get outstanding results. Just be aware that the first coat goes everywhere, so cover up well! A warning about this in the application guide would be useful.

Can’t fault product, delivery provider was a let down
The product (linseed oil gloss in heritage white) is fantastic. Beautiful colour, easy to use, added boiled linseed oil as one of the suggested methods for use as a primer. Great product information and instructions. Can’t fault this product and would definitely buy again and recommend. The despatch from order confirmation was quick and good communication.
The delivery provider was Royal Mail, they tried multiple times to deliver during the day whilst I was at work. I provided details if out to deliver to a neighbour but this was ignored. I redirected the delivery to my local post office, this took 5 working days. Eventually I got the product but disappointing delivery service. Consider an alternative shipping provider that offer better service. Would be a 5 star rating otherwise.

We use multiple couriers to deliver our parcels and unfortunately they can all let themselves down from time to time. Very poor customer service
I am testing paints for a sizable DIY project (3 outbuildings). I liked the look of Earles and ordered a sample. Sample arrived and seemed to be a completedy different shade. I took a photograph and sent a query email to the 'enquires' email address on the Earles website. Two weeks have now passed with no reply, not even an acknowledement of the email. I can't hold the project any longer and will purchase my paint from another (bigger) brand. I was really keen to give Earles a go, but if they can't even get the basics right...

Shambles… Ended up cancelling order
Order some paint, in what I thought was plenty of time… had to keep chasing it and long story short, they hadn’t even sent it even anfter several emails and call… so I ended up cancelling the order!

Generally our paints are hand-made to order with stock at hand for our most popular colours. In this instance, the material you required had run out due to high demand and we had to schedule a new batch into our production calendar.
All our customers are extremely important to us and we are disappointed that we were not able to fulfil your order in this instance and that you were able to source a suitable material from another manufacturer.
