Very good, Dyson big ball allergy
We have recently bought the Dyson big ball allergy and we are very happy with it. The only thing is that it's kind of heavy.
the machine is good, but experience to get it was not the best
I'm happy to finally use the machine but the experience to get it was not the best. There were no product in the pjysical store in Barcelona. Consultants were not well aware about the machine and barely spoke English. Delivery took 3 days to Barcelona and the order came without an invoice, but I needed to make tax free asap. Finally invoice was sent online (2 days after contacting support team constantly) and I needed to go back to the store to make tax free (no online option).

Simply The Best
I love it, it does what it says on the packet. Pet fur is gone in a second, it works on any floor surface, we have marble floors and this is the only vacuum I have ever had that cleans it properly in seconds. Also it cleans the furniture the duvet everything is back to normal in no time. I would never use any other product than my V15

Money not reimbursed
I returned 2 cordless hoover bodies I bought via the Dyson website, in May. I returned them both at the same time via SEUR. I have been reimbursed 88€ for one item, but, almost 5 months on, I am waiting for the other 88€.
I sent a copy of my SEUR receipt to Dyson, SEUR have confirmed to Dyson that they received 2 items from me, and this confirmation, according to the people who attend my phone calls, is in my Dyson file.
I receive no reply to any of my emails, and I have phoned Dyson every 2 weeks without a solution, and 2 months ago I was told the issue had been referred to another department, which the phone operators now say they cannot contact. They say I need to wait till this department contacts me. How long is that going to be? It’s now 2 months since I was told that.
88€ is not a big amount, but it is my 88€. If this is not resolved, I will, regretfully, become an ex-Dyson customer.

Terrible delivery service
I have no idea what the actual product is like as it has been over 2 weeks now, and they haven't managed to get it delivered to my house. The delivery company (Transaher) tell me everyday that they have 'tried to deliver' - I work from home and I am in all day. No one has tried to deliver. Dyson customer service don't seem to be able to do anything. Please Dyson, use a better delivery company!

It has been 18 days since Dyson Spain refused to refund me for an order that never happened. Every day I write to customer service asking them to send me a confirmation letter about the cancellation of the order. And every day I get a reply asking me to wait. At first they asked me to wait 14 days. Now they just say wait and ask if there is anything else they can do to help. This is disgusting. No one answers at the post office. PayPal says they can't cancel the transaction because Dyson Spain hasn't cancelled the order yet. My bank is asking for a cancellation confirmation to get the money back, but there is none. This is a disgusting, vile company of fraudulent thieves that cannot be otherwise described.
Don't bother writing standard answers here about how you will figure out the situation and come back with an answer, because you won't do anything about it. This is the third post here that has gone nowhere.

Very pleased with vacuum cleaner
Very pleased with vacuum cleaner, very powerful and easy to use. The packaging was very good. The only downside was that the delivery took nearly two weeks
Unexceptable customer service
I ordered a Dyson ventilator on their Internet site on 8th august. Their website guarantees delivery in 24/72 hours. I got a confirmation for delivery on thursay 11th.(already too late according to the guarantee) Nothing arrived and I waisted my day waiting. When I called their transport company Transaher they told my delivery would be today 16th August . Again I waited whole day and no delivery arrived . Now the transport company tells me tomorrow or Thursday. Each time it is me who has to call the transport company. They do not even bother to inform you about the delays. This is not the service I expected from Dyson. I need a ventilator now when it is 40 degres outside and not in 3 weeks!! I called Dyson again and as nobody speaks English, French or German in their customer service they asked me to send them a WhatsApp which I did.I was just called back by a Spanish speaking person telling me that delivery should be done tomorrow morning and that in future I need to call another number if I have further issues. I don't want to call yet another number. I just want my delivery!!!

Today It’s the Service after the sale that counts
Today , for the first time since arriving in Spain from the UK. , I had to contact Dyson es. As my uk bought V15 Motörhead stopped working. What an amazing experience. I contacted them on WhatsApp using google translate as my Spanish is not good, immediately found an English speaker for me. After exchanging videos and photos of the offending article. Parts ordered and no stress. Excellent Service … very happy .
Do not order from Dyson Spain
Do not order from Dyson Spain, you will be lucky to receive your item in a week, despite their glossy site saying 24/72 hours.
Reasons why:
They use the most unreliable delivery service ever, they even lie they have tried to deliver when they have not, have had 3 days of this, you get an email saying we cant deliver as we cant contact you, no one has been to your house, no one calls or messages but you get emails saying it will be delivered.
You then contact Dyson customer service who create a case and then do nothing.
So I currently have paid €449 for a product that I have no idea when it will turn up if ever, this was a birthday present that is now not as its too late.
How can a premier business like Dyson selling premium products have such a shambles of a service?

I am very happy with the delivery and the product. The vacuum is very solidly built and does a great job of collecting larger dirt and finer dust particles. Emptying the canister is super easy and even discards any hair without having to touch it. I am very impressed with the way it handles long hair and it does not get caught up in the vacuum mechanism.
