Super fragile! The vacuum cleaner can't handle sucking up lots of things, you spend your time emptying it, putting your hands in the dust because there is a micro thing blocking.
The battery last nothing you cant even pass the hoover once in the all apartment without recharging it.

the red button with the spring broke very easily and i always have to spend 5 mn to put it back....
you need to keep pressing the button while passing it, Couldn't an engineer invent an on/off button? it ends up hurting the thumb. Honestlt NOT WORTH very dissapointed

No refund issued despite receipt of return
This review is addressed to the finance department and the logistic department dealing with refunds . I know that people on the phone try their best to sort out customers’issues.
I have returned a filter as I ordered it to sort out a problem with my Dyson v10 ( turned out the problem was the charger again). Seur sent me receipt on 16.02.2026 ( they left the piece at Dyson). Dyson has 2 weeks to offer customers a refund. Today 1.3.2026 I received an email from owner support saying that logistics has not confirmed receipt yet so I haven’t received my refund . We are over the 2 weeks deadline. I got in touch on WhatsApp with Dyson service 3 times in the meantime ( February) and called them again today. Answer is: until they confirm from logistics we don’t know when the refund is going to take place.
I am a bit surprised that a company with such a good reputation, take this time to refund customers ( and it ‘s not a cheap refund we are talking about). I would like my money back and also I wonder how is it possible that the logistic team has not found a parcel that was sent more than 2 weeks ago. Be very aware when you return products. Maybe I will never see my money back??
Airwrap - 3 months waiting for delivery (still no show)
Ordered a Dyson Airwrap in November 2025 and as of late February 2026, they have not delivered it yet. They say it got lost, but fail to send a replacement. In the meantime, they keep my money and fail to provide a time to solve it. I requested the Official Complaint Book, but they refuse to share it.

Poor product and even worse service. A V10. Second engine that hasn't worked in four years. The company doesn't respond and customer service doesn't deliver on its promises. A disaster. A company that used to stand out for its quality now stands out for the opposite reason. I'm still waiting for a response from customer service. They don't care.

Dyson used to be my favourite brand but the customer service is so so so bad, they escalate tickets and when you call they say ”no authority to handle this case” we can escalate it again. I just want what was promised. 3 escalations and 7 different phonecalls and still no solution.

Battery has failed on a 1 year old Dyson V15s Detect Submarine. This brand is no longer associated with quality, they instead make overpriced disposable plastic toys masquerading as premium appliances.

Dyson has lost me as a loyal client. There is no client support in Spain. Money return is a funny journey and it is impossible to get clarity easily. They claim to deliver your order within 24-72 h but they do not stick to the promise. When you decline belated order as unneeded, they keep not returning money. 15 days after order was returned and money is not back. While I like Dyson products I will not be ordering any more and will use more reliable brands
It never arrived and no refound
I purchased a Dyson V16 Piston Animal Submarine vacuum cleaner on December 4th, 2025, intending to give it to my wife as a Christmas Eve gift. The official Dyson website mentioned delivery within 72 hours. Now it's December 26th, 2025, and the vacuum cleaner has never arrived. I contacted Dyson five times, always receiving the same response: "We are processing your order; there has been a high volume of orders, and your order is slightly delayed...". I have already requested a refund, but the company refuses. The vacuum cleaner cost 999.00€, and the company neither delivers the vacuum cleaner nor provides a refund. I will never purchase equipment from this brand again.

I have been a Dyson fan for years as I have one of their hairdryers for over 400€. I also had friends and family buy it. Unfortunately since having to order a replacement part I have seen the worst of this company, in Spain. They sent me the wrong part and after trying to find the right part their CR chat service seemed unable to find the correct part. So the only option was to return it for refund (50€).
Firstly, if you sell a luxury premium product, you should make parts amd accessories available for purchase.
Secondly, your customer service is appaling. Especially for a premium company it’s unacceptable. I have sent the return and never heard back. Luckily I had the tracking information from your return label because instead of sending me my refund, you now asked me for proof I sent it. This was over 6 weeks ago, since then I have emailed Customer service and I have sent whatsapp chat messages and only to be told to be patient. This is not okay or acceptable that I should chase my return. Very disappointing. This company may produce a good product but don’t expect much from customer service if you ever have a problem with it.
Disgraceful Dyson fails again
I have always bought Dyson for many years but they are the most awful company to deal with now.
My machine is still under warranty. It was faulty from the day it arrived but Dyson would not accept it nor would they change the machine. So I have coped with it until it broke down totally. I had to send it back to them with all the accessories. They informed me after a week that it was unrepairable. Another two days later they offered me a replacement. Slightly different machine as mine was not available. Since then they have not answered any of my emails and have not made any attempt to despatch the machine I agreed to. I tried contacting via WhatsApp and was fobbed off with the excuse that another team would be dealing with my issue. I must wait another TWO days!!!
Dyson are one of the most expensive machines on the market. The after sales is absolutely disgraceful. What can you do??? Watch this space to see if I ever receive the replacement machine!!
Buy Shark or Gtech in future. Fantastic after sales. NEVER BUY A DYSON

Dyson finally sent a replacement machine. Only after I contacted customer service several times though. The only person that actually did something was Gourav. He was EXCELLENT and got things sorted. He listened to the issues I was having.
Now the big issue is that Dyson do not give you a full warranty with the replacement machine. They only give you what is left on your broken unrepairable machine,!!! How crazy is that!!!! It shows that they have little faith in their products. A new machine should have a new warranty......unless it's is not new🤔🤔🤔 but a refurbished one!!!!! I shall look at it closely when it arrives

Compre la Dyson GEN5DETECT ABSOLUTE PURPLE/IRON/PURPLE y la verdad que es una marca sobrevalorada, con lo que cuesta no veo que tenga nada de especial…ni fu ni fa, seguramente que otras marcas con 100-200€ hacen lo mismo, hasta puedo decir que como potencia y eficacia la Karcher que tenia le da mil vueltas, desde luego me arrepiento de pagar tanto para esta aspiradora …nunca mas comprare nada de esta marca, no merece la pena lo q cuesta.

I still havent received my product. The customer support is absolutely of no use or help, giving me AI generated responses, said my case is escalated and will get an update in 48h. Have I got it? No. For a company that sells products of such cost, youd really expect better. Temu sellers offer quicker shipping and better customer support than this.

My experience with Dyson in Barcelona has been deeply disappointing, to the point that I feel obliged to warn future customers. Although my product is still under warranty, I have been left waiting for months for replacement parts that were repeatedly promised but never delivered.
The WhatsApp support is particularly troubling: polite on the surface, but ultimately misleading and unhelpful. They make you believe a solution is coming, ask for the same information multiple times, and then simply stop following up, leaving you without answers or support.
What concerns me the most is the lack of transparency. A premium brand should not create false expectations or leave clients in uncertainty for weeks and months. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dyson to anyone. I truly hope no one else goes through the same situation, as the service does not reflect the quality or seriousness that the brand claims to offer.

A partir de la meva experiència, no puc recomanar Dyson a ningú. Tant de bo ningú més hagi de passar pel mateix, ja que el servei no reflecteix la qualitat ni la serietat que la marca diu oferir.

Very disappointed with the technical Service
Very disappointed with the technical support. For a brand advertised as premium, service should match the positioning — but this experience was the opposite. After several calls, the problem was only assessed via video and the main suggestion was to buy a €150 motor (that was not available as spare part) or a new vacuum cleaner. Different agents gave conflicting advice and I was left weeks ( still waiting and not answer still) without a working device, replacement, or spare parts. Poor service — I’ll be considering other brands that offer reliable after-sales support
Muy decepcionado con el servicio técnico. Para una marca anunciada como premium, el servicio debería estar a la altura del posicionamiento, pero mi experiencia fue la contraria. Tras varias llamadas, el problema solo se evaluó mediante vídeo y la principal sugerencia fue comprar un motor de 150 € (que no estaba disponible como repuesto) o una aspiradora nueva. Distintos agentes dieron consejos contradictorios y me he quedado semanas (hasta ahora y todavía esperando) sin un aparato en funcionamiento, sin reemplazo ni repuestos. Mal servicio — consideraré otras marcas que ofrezcan un servicio postventa fiable.
Vacuum cleaner broke down
Vacuum cleaner broke down. Spare parts were no longer available so had to send the old device back to them in order to get a replacement. I did everything according to the book but never received a replacement device. Customer service stopped replying to my queries. DON 'T BUY DYSON! THEY ARE TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!!
Support is getting worse every day
Had a broken wheel on the digital motor bar brush. Contacted support and they quickly did a warranty replacement order for the brush but it has been now 5 month and it was still not send out. The status says "assigned.admin".
I have contacted multiple times again and they always have been like... yes we will solve it bla bla.... but nothing happens. And every time I contacted them I had to tell the whole story again even though I have a case number.
Today they told me that they will place the replacement order again but then they said the piece is out of stock and told me to contact them again after a few days and hope it is in stock again.
This is not very helpful for a 600€ Vacuum

DYSON CZECH REPUBLIC - BUT I CAN SEE ITS A GLOBAL ISSUE .The worst experience I ever had with any warranty claim . Customer service is outsourced and for 6 months now they are telling me that they ordering system is not working . All I need is my brush to be replaced. I end up being on probably 10+ chats with them in last 6 months. They are either lying that part will be shipped within 48h or faking that they system just stopped working.
