Driver did not attempt to deliver…

Driver did not attempt to deliver parcel or leave a card twice. I kept rearranging my delivery. On third day I did not get text with delivery window so I did an online chat. The driver had reported that the road was closed. It was but there was a very short diversion in place which he ignored! Also there are at least 2 other routes to our village. Currently the parcel has been taken 'off delivery' and I have rearranged a delivery for Monday. It means I will have waited in for 4 days- hope it arrives this time!

If you want to have an underwhelming experience this is the company for you

Tin of paint ordered. Received an email on the day to say there would be a delivery. No approximate time, no text as stated in their terms. Went to work at 2pm and had a very angry driver phone me at 3pm because I wasn't at home. I had to repeatedly ask him to stop shouting at me. Did not arrange for redelivery and the driver phoned me up at 7.45am this morning to tell me he would deliver at around 1.30pm. Again I explained I would be in work (neighbours either side of me in work too). If I could give zero stars I would. Completely underwhelming experience and all of this for a tin of paint that they won't leave without a signature!

TOTALLY AVOID!!! the other reviews are correct

All the other reviews are correct. They say they tried to deliver, yet no card through letterbox, and my note on the door asking for package to be left in garden, was ignored.
Day 2, and it hasn't been delivered again, despite my note on door stating I am home, and do not leave without handing me my package.

Finally googled a number I coukd ring, and have been told the driver will call back. That was 4 hours ago, and I dare not leave my house in case I miss him. Fuming

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Arranged collection of parcel at a hotel reception. You’d think an easy collection as someone can walk straight in to reception right at the entrance. Apparently they weren’t there??!! The parcel is packaged/ready for collection. They haven’t even attempted this collection or responded to my email. Useless is an understatement.

Every delivery is a run around trying…

Every delivery is a run around trying to get the delivery. No contact details to the driver. Can’t even speak to an agent. Customer service is all automated and next delivery to 2 days away between 9-5.30. Wish that’s all I had to do during the day. Missed delivery by ten minutes and it’s away back up the road to Belfast again.

Terrible communication

Terrible communication. Kept on doing failed delivery attempts instead of responding to my emails detailing when I'm free, when they did tell me when they'd reattempt (3rd time) they were late and inconvenienced me for the rest of the day (had to cancel a driving lesson and reschedule family things) just all in all terrible experience and I've never left a review before.

Don't use due to poor service

I think DX have taken the crown for worst delivery firm out there. I've got ring door bell footage of the delivery man, tapping on the door and then pushing the slip through the door ( Everything pre written ) didn't ring the doorbell use ran back to his van. 2 people both in the house didn't hear the door. Now having to arrange redelivery. Please so don't use this company

AVOID

WORST COMPANY EVER

WORST COMPANY EVER! AVOID, THEY SHOULD NOT BE A DELIVERY COMPANY, I AM ON MY 5TH ATTEMPT AT GETTING MY PARCEL. 1ST AND 2ND ATTEMPT THEY LEFT A CARD, 3RD 4TH AND 5TH THEY SAY THEY CANNOT FIND ME BUT LEFT A CARD THE 1ST AND SECOND TIME. THEY OWE ME A DAY OFF FULL PAY FOR WAITING IN. AVOID!!!!!!!

This is the worst delivery company I…

This is the worst delivery company I ever came in contact with. The drivers don’t even attempt to deliver!! Absolutely awful. Ordered clothes for holidays two weeks in advanced never got them. Rebooked 3 times. Was at home only to get failed delivery email.

They don't bother to deliver

They don't bother to deliver. I followed tracking, dude parks within 50 meters then drives away. Stating failed attempt. I was in all day.

Customer service equally pathetic and incompetent. No we can't send you the photo of the failed delivery. No we can't tell the driver to return. No we don't have a copy of the missed call card left at your premises.

Lazy British business. UK is doomed!

Next day delivery service was a day late being picked up and delivered

Order next day delivery on a parcel to collect from my home, they said they would be there between 9-5 but no sign of them and I had to go out at 7:30pm, they turned up at 8:20pm at night! They then said they were coming again next day after I complained, they turned up at almost 7pm, 2 hours late! Driver just shrugged his shoulders and wasnt bothered whatsoever.

They then failed to deliver the urgent parcel the next day, which I had paid for, and delivered it a day later. I complained and they wormed their way out of claiming next day service is aspirational and not certain. I will never use this company again and this is the latest in a number of poor service from DX.

Terrible service delivery supposed to be between 3-30 and 5-30 waited in on the tracking the van was 2 miles away the item has now been booked back into the depot absolute rubbish 0 out of 10 and this isn’t the first time worse than Evri

Bordering on useless for final mile delivery

Waiting for two sets documents to be delivered but no tracking number from sender. Courier was caught on camera ensuring he had proof he was at the house but also showing he didn't put a card through (contrary to the on-line tracking history). Same following day. Managed to track the company down by posting the video on facebook. Redirected parcels on line but only one delivered because the envelope wasnt stickered with revised address.
Only saving grace are the call centre who are brilliant and gave me the tracking numbers and delved into the non-delivery.
If you want something delivered tell the sender to have it walk to you on its own as it would be faster.
