This service is beyond unacceptable

This service is beyond unacceptable. I've wasted three entire days waiting for a delivery that still hasn't arrived. Customer service assured me it would be delivered today, so I rearranged my entire schedule, worked from home, and yet—still nothing.

I even offered to pick it up myself to end this ridiculous back-and-forth, but of course, I was told, "Sorry, this isn’t a collection depot." So now I’m left asking: When will this delivery actually arrive?

How is it even possible that a driver has this package on their lorry for three consecutive days and still fails to deliver? This is incompetence at its finest.

Just go bankrupt already!

Awful

Very bad experience....5th Dec didn't arrive... due today 6th Dec between 9.16 and 11.16. No one in apparently and they left card. Uh no I was in front garden the whole time and not 1 vehicle went up our little lane. See what happens Monday. Its the blatant lying that annoys me. In new year I might have ordered more from this rug company for a job but not now if they use these guys to deliver.

Sorry we Missed You…..What?!!!!

I ordered an item of jewellery from a retailer with a next day delivery service. Sadly this was DX Express. I had never heard of them. I hope I don’t again. I ended up having to contact the jewellery company via their live chat as DX com is impossible to get through to. I received an email stating they’d Missed Me. Nope, 3 people here ALL morning. When the retailer’s live chat insisted they had tried to deliver and they had an ‘image’, I asked what colour the front door was. White they said. Aaaaah - mine is a dark grey. That will be why I don’t have a card through the door! So, we’re going to try again tomorrow but I have low expectations having read some of the other reviews now.

Appalling service

Appalling service. They attempted delivery to the wrong house twice, despite me giving them very specific location details for my house. No attempt from the driver to contact me and I was in all day on both days. I rescheduled the delivery for a third time, only to get an email to say the parcel had been returned to sender.

Let down 3 times by this company

Let down 3 times by this company , appalling service said they deliver and Tex me late afternoon to state won’t be delivering today and to re-book , which now the third day and third text message won’t be delivering AGAIN !!!!! NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, COMPANY IS WELL BELOW STANDARD

My parcel was delivered to a different…

My parcel was delivered to a different road with a different post code. How does that happen with all the technology available???
Fortunately with the help of the seller and their tracking I was able to retrieve my parcel.

Waste of time

Tracking for an item I had purchased said delivery was due last Wednesday so I waited in all day and it didn’t arrive. I contact dx via live chat and they said they didn’t even have the item. The tracking then updated to say the item was out for delivery on the Saturday - again it didn’t turn up. On Monday DX told me again they didn’t have the item and it hadn’t been scanned into their depot as the tracking said it had. The item then got delivered on the Wednesday so a whole week of faffing and having no idea if the item was even going to turn up.

The driver who delivered was lovely but this is a terribly disorganized company and I won’t purchase from anywhere who uses them again.

Failed to deliver again!

Failed to deliver again!! When Iv booked a date and I a time slot. I’m going to complain to my supplier they should not be using this service. I have put a complaint in with the this company to. You can NOT speak to a human on the phone. The online chat theres over 100 people waiting to speak to someone a 230 minute wait. I thought Evri was bad but this company definitely tops it. DO NOT USE.

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. No tracking number, and hey expect me to wait in all day. Can't speak to a person either on their so called telephone line. See you in small claims court you pricks.

Probably UK's worst courier service.

Did not attempt delivery and did not contact me or follow instructions for directions...TWICE. H Samuel preferred courier! It is clear that they are incompetent. I demanded refund and will not use H Samuel or DX again.

Been in all day for a delivery from this company to deliver and no body turns up I paid for next day service Company not worth the money you for next day delivery service Anyone in the right mind wouldn't use them company This is not the first time with company not delivering next day service Wouldn't even give them a 1 star

Would never use this firm again

Would never use this firm again. 1st 2 items they lost. 3rd attempt said would arrive between 8am and 6pm. Waited in all day. 5 10pm said not delivered no access. Then 3 days running supposed to be out for delivery never came. Then arrive 2 days later without any notification. This firm is crap. Would never use again.
One star was for driver who was helpful and polite.

The system of this company is absolute…

The system of this company is absolute rubbish. Each time they send you links which you try to open, there is nothing but "we cannot find the page" . The messages which sometimes include a telephone and you use that, the operation cannot find anything to help you with as they get the same "we cannot find that page"
The way they write their info is apparently not clear for their drivers who have "1 item " in their screen but it actually is "2 delivery " for a few items. The drivers have to go back to their vehicles to search for remaining items which the addressee expects. It is not only once, but many times, in many occasions it has happened and the date would be only one of many
