Awful and they lie

Have a 2 hour time to deliver. I made sure I was in as I didn't want it leaving outside. They delivered it at least half an hour before the earliest time given, leaving it behind a bin. They then waited for 30mins before sending me an email to say it had been delivered "exactly" on time. A blatant lie. They don't ask for feedback I wonder why!

DX do not care about the goods they…

DX do not care about the goods they carry.
Recently, they collected a box from one of our customers, when returned to our supplier it was totally destroyed.
Complained to DX they sent out an account manager...there it ended...no more communication from them.

Horrible absolutely horrible service

Horrible absolutely horrible service!
The driver literally came, rang and ran away while we saw him from the window. Its like he was getting late for some of his own stuff and didn’t want to deliver at all!

Stay away if you can!

Absolutely terrible, awful. Avoid!!!

I don't see any point in wasting your time by writing a long explanation on why I want to give them 0 stars. Just look at the thousands of people who all had horrible experiences with them. They are absolutely bloody awful!!!!

This company could improve by simply…

This company could improve by simply delivering your parcel on the day stated!
First day Tuesday. No delivery. Reason stated couldn't find address. Rubbish every other delivery company can find my house.
Second day Thursday. Message in afternoon to say not being delivered will now be delivered Friday.
Third day Friday. Message at lunch time to say not being delivered today. Will deliver Monday!
I'm not here Monday so have had to move to Wednesday.
Absolutely diabolical service.
I just don't understand why companies use them. They must get so many angry customers!
The rest of my order was delivered by UPS on the day stated. No problems at all.

This has to be by far the lowest ranked…

This has to be by far the lowest ranked parcel courier service in the whole of the United Kingdom. I'm awaiting a parcel, I changed the delivery date to weds 18th Sept 2024 to ensure someone was at home, i received a sms & email stating Sandeep will delivery parcel between 15.13pm - 17.13pm no one came to the property. The next day thurs 19th Sept 2024 another sms & email stating Sandeep will deliver parcel between 14.52pm - 16.52pm no one came to the property. You guessed it, had another sms & email today stating Amrik will deliver parcel between 15.16pm - 17.16pm and as you guessed yet again no one came to the property. I'm in desperate need to receive my parcel, my business is dependant on the outstanding parcel and I have no idea where it is and if they will ever honour the task of delivering my parcel.
My previous 3 deliveries with this courier have been equally as distasteful, I'd told my supplier if they use DX as the courier for any of my items ever again then I will give my bussiness to another supplier and not use them!

Awful

I wouldnt even rate them 1 star but there isnt a -1 on the rating . Awful Awful Awful. Cannot keep to the delivery dates .I had 2 delivery days which both days they couldnt be bothered to deliver ! When you need to get the matter sorted you are refered to automatied chat and its just no good. I would never use them again. DX COMAPNY is name to remember if YOU dont want to receive your parcel as they Dont
deliver !!!

Just not good enough!

I spent over an hour on hold trying to get hold of someone to query a delivery, with no option for a call back, web chat, or even to re-arrange delivery or add instructions via the online tracking service. Reluctantly I submitted a query online which seems a bit archaic by today's standards. Sadly I had no control over who was delivering my package as this was the only company they used. I will certainly avoid them. Just not good enough!

Many thanks to Godwin and Julian…

Many thanks to Godwin and Julian for unloading and unpacking my patio furniture set. It wouldnt have fit through the doors had they not spent time to unpack all the cardboard off. I know they where very busy but bless them, they took that bit of extra time to make sure my delivery was able to get through the house.

Micky Mouse outfit

Waited two full days off work for a delivery of an Emma mattress, all I got was a pack of lies,how does this Micky Mouse outfit survive? and why do reputable companies use them ?.i wish i took notice of the Trustpilot reviews prior to making my purchase.

Item arrived on the day expected and…

Item arrived on the day expected and within the time frame given. Thanks to Andrew for the drop off.
Had a text on the morning of the delivery with a 2hr delivery time. All good and you could see where the delivery driver was ahead of the drop off.
Could do with a little work on the tracking detail as for a few days before delivery day it just read 'Item received and awaiting route scan'. Was a little unsure if the delivery would be delivered. On the morning it said 'Item out on delivery vehicle' etc etc.

Bad start to finish.

Giving one star is too much.
Bad from start to finish. It took three attempts of delivery, each time Giving delivery guy many options of neighbours if i wasn't in.Company said the parcel needed signing for but delivery guy just gave me parcel and that was it , no signature needed. What a waste of time. Next online purchase I make I'll make double sure they don't use Viking or DX.

Pathetic

Pathetic. No response to three messages to alter delivery date / leave valuable package with a neighbour. Away for the day and Hammad from DX simply left a valuable package on the doorstep. Fortunately, I was able to get a neighbour to retrieve this for me before it went ‘missing’. Avoid.

Terrible Service. Avoid!

Terrible service. DX attempted to deliver my parcel two days before the date I had given them and which they agreed to deliver on. The package then went missing, with neither DX nor the original sender able to tell me where the package was, which was valued over £1000. I was left calling them daily for two weeks attempting to arrange redelivery. The customer service was rude and useless at best.

Delivered 350 MILES AWAY

Zero stars, I ordered three parcels, two arrived at my house in west Yorkshire and the other ended up in Cornwall, not at all happy, never got it back which is interesting since it was my most expensive item. DONT USE

Waiting for my parcel for about 2 days…

Waiting for my parcel for about 2 days now, I keep receiving text that the driver couldn’t access the building which is a complete lie. I can definitely say this is the worst delivery service I’ve seen so far, would not recommend.
