Warranty policies are stupid

Warranty policies are stupid. They are charging 3x of normal price of weighing scales. It stopped working after 2-3 months, and to use their warranty, they're saying to ship to their location at the customer's cost, which is very stupid and silly. It's a risk on customer if they might not even consider the warranty and say it's some other external damage and also the expense of shipping without transit damage. While marketing, they would market extended warranty but the process to claim warranty is stupid and scammy.

The product (kitchen weighingmachine)…

The product (kitchen weighingmachine) works great, looks good and is very easy to carry.
Though i faced problem in the delivery. The product was not dispatched till the expected delivery date which was 5-6 days after order placed and was dispached only after i called customer care number and this was a prepaid order. I recevied no updates about why or even a email informing that the package is going to be delayed.

I had order air purifier and Free sample body wash but I had received air purifier only but when when i had Mail to DR Trust regarding this issue , company had help me and Re send missing product so the service is excellent and product is Also Good in this price range

Poor Delivery Service and customer service

I recently ordered a foot massager from their website directly but unfortunately, after chasing them for delivery for almost 10 days, it arrived damaged. The unit had a visible crack and wasn’t working properly. I’ve reached out to the seller requesting a refund or replacement and the issue hasn’t been resolved and no support has been provided.

I wanted to share this so others are aware and to encourage better packaging and product checks in the future.
