I have previously purchased two heating pads without encountering any issues. However, on this recent occasion, I bought an additional heat pad—model 387—and it was faulty upon arrival. I submitted a complaint via email since there was no response from the WhatsApp contact number provided. In summary, if the product functions correctly, there are no problems with the purchase. However, when it comes to after-sales support, they tend to dismiss complaints by stating that the product operates as designed and that customers should review the terms and conditions. Notably, there appears to be no clear return, replacement, or refund policy in place. I would suggest purchasing such a product from a local pharmacy instead of from an online or many-making company. They are simply covering Rohit Sharma’s advertising costs from us.

Very bad experience i ordered one product from company website on COD. And waited almost 7 days for the product but there was no response from product team such as (order shipped, rejected) than i called to the customer executive and she told me that your order will not be delivered because of COD, its seems very unfair for me #nureca #drtrust because of #no update/no notification

Body Weight Machine 526:
I haven’t used it extensively yet, but the first impression is very good. The build quality feels solid and the glass on top is thick and sturdy. The scale claims to handle up to 180 kg, and at my weight (97 kg) it shows the exact weight consistently. It looks reliable, but I will be able to share a more detailed review after using it for a few months.

Kitchen Weighing Scale 529:
This scale is surprisingly very lightweight. Initially, I thought such a light device might not be durable or accurate. However, after using it, it seems to work perfectly fine. It’s easy to carry and convenient to use. You can place dry fruits or other items directly on the surface to measure weight, or place a bowl on it and reset the weight to zero (tare function) to measure food items accurately. So far, the readings seem correct.

Buying Experience:
I purchased both products directly from the Dr Trust official website. The buying experience was smooth and the prices were actually better than Amazon or Flipkart, where the same products were listed at higher prices.

Overall, my initial experience with both products is positive. I’ll be able to give a more long-term review after a few months of use.

It's worth money. Quality oriented. I loved it's heavy duty machine, it's charging capacity and then the run time. Absolutely loving it. It has become an essential part of our life. We sleep after spending almost 45 minutes every night.
A special mention - after ordering Dr. Trust kept a regular contact with us before delivery being made and even after that.

It's a great and fabulous machine. Dr. Trust is american company so the trust factor works more here. The machine is easy to use as the elder person can use it easily anywhere and anytime.

Do not expect any after-sales service support from Dr. Trust. Their service quality is extremely poor. Even basic patient materials are not provided on time. After raising a complaint, there is no proper response from their side. You are only made to wait endlessly, with no real solution.

I like this product..and very smooth grip

I basically ordered Forehead or infra-read Thermometer for my toddler and I was curious on its accuracy, so checked the temperature from both Dr Trust and mercury based one ,and both the results were very close. Please note that, while doing this test, my toddler were having fever. Im very happy that, I bought right product, when I was in need. I just bought this and found the body pillow portion to be quite a task to move round. Last night was my first night and I ended up utilizing just the wedge portion with a regular pillow between my knees and a foam pillow over the open portion. It gave me some relief but for the money I spent on it, I want to make it work as designed.

It gives very good vibrations and I got a very good product at this price and on top of that it also has 1 year warranty.

The product is nice and functional. main USP being its ultra silent operation and effectiveness.

What you have produced is good, but it would have been better if the tools used were a little softer. Your hard tools are causing pain in the bone.

I bought a Dr. Physio USA1046 MONARCH Leg etc massager - OR00109 for Rs. 8,999 on 10 Jun 2025, invoice & order no. 259403. It stopped working on 15/1/26 in the warranty & replacement period. Complaint was registered on 16/1/26 with track no. 917428105359.on WhatsApp. Followups on 21/1, 23/1, 27/1, 6/2, 7/2, 14/2. I am told to courier machine back to Chandigarh address. Really? This is how a leading company works. No person to talk with. All automated frustration. Pathetic. Don't ever buy from them. I have a useless machine sitting at home!
