I love DrSams stuff. However, not 4 stars because (since there are Black Friday sales) I wanted to compare price of subscription vs basket, & when I clicked to restart subscription it automatically purchased, and it was actually cheaper and I got a free gift on the non subscription offer. No way to cancel and I won’t be able to return. So that was a tiny bit disappointing. Nice to reward subscription customers at Christmas/Black Friday as well as new/infrequent customers.

I have been using Dr Sam’s range for last decade! Never looked back. The range has expended and stayed fabulous

Quality skincare range that has significantly reduced face dryness. I use the cleanser, neutralising gel, and intense moisturiser - the best skin care regime I've followed. I've recently purchased their serum for redness/rosacea, so far so good! Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service, friendly and quickly resolved my issue.

I have been using the spf 50 for at least 3 years now and it works great for my oily acne prone skin.
In the past, I have been on a quest to find a more affordable spf and tried multiple spf creams , but none was even close to dr Sam quality. Needless to say that I ended up wasting money on 10 other spf creams and I did not even finish them.
I also think their customer service is excellent. It did happen to have issues with my delivery due to a third party and Dr Sam has shown great customer care.

I've been using their products for a few years now and it really makes a difference. I had a problem with a faulty pump and the Customer service team were very responsive and helped me resolve the issue. Thoroughly recommend.

I had issues with the postal service, and my package got lost in the mail due to errors by the postal service. The customer service team was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process, and ultimately gave me a coupon and shipped my order again free of charge. I can't emphasize enough how amazing the customer service team is, and I LOVE the intense moisturizer!!

Really good quality, a bit expensive (for some items, not all), but the brand feels personal which is nice.

I’ve never had dealings with a company with such exceptional customer service.

My skin is extremely sensitive and the customer service team went above and beyond their duty to deal with my queries, very impressive.

I bought the intense moisturiser, cleanser & lip balm. Unfortunately the moisturiser & cleanser did not agree with my skin however the lip balm was 10/10 it’s the only product that has managed to get my lips back to normal, with no dry patches.
Contacted about retuning the products as per the 60day guarantee and the customer service was on point. After. Quick exit survey and submitting some pictures my money was fully refunded.

It’s really easy to order from you and you don’t use evri to deliver! Using Royal Mail is the best way to deliver to where I live. First class in my opinion.

Excellent product, the facial cleanser is brilliant, leaves skin feeling very clean but not tight or dry. Very helpful customer service as well after there was a problem with dispatch/delivery, issue was fixed very quickly with good communication. Will definitely repurchase from this site.

The order was easy to place and arrived within 2 days.

I placed my first order of Dr Sam’s and received delivery 2 days later, on Saturday. Unfortunately one product was faulty so I emailed customer support within minutes. As it was Saturday I expected to get a response on Monday, but incredibly Derick responded to my email within minutes! Using dr.sam bunting ever since she started and my skin never looked better ( especially around perimenopause when you really need quality actives ) !!!!! Was spending fortune on high end products , mixing it all , my skin was getting more reactive .. dr.sam bunting was my skinsaver !!!!

I found Dr Sam's in mid 40's when I found that my current skincare was no longer working for me as it had previously. I find ordering very simple. Dispatch and delivery is very fast compared to others. I wouldn't be without quite a few of their products now! Thank you!
