Using dr.sam bunting ever since she started and my skin never looked better ( especially around perimenopause when you really need quality actives ) !!!!! Was spending fortune on high end products , mixing it all , my skin was getting more reactive .. dr.sam bunting was my skinsaver !!!!

I found Dr Sam's in mid 40's when I found that my current skincare was no longer working for me as it had previously. I find ordering very simple. Dispatch and delivery is very fast compared to others. I wouldn't be without quite a few of their products now! Thank you!

I love this brand so much! The neutralising gel has done miracles for my skin, completely healing the breakouts and hyperpigmentation I used to get on my forehead. I now use it as a spot treatment and it works wonders every time. I have also been using the flawless moisturiser intense which has really helped to calm my rosacea. I really appreciate the videos, points system and subscription features of the website as well! Although the products are quite pricey, I’ve found them to be quite long-lasting and the results are definitely worth the money. Thank you Dr Sam’s !

Their products have massively helped my skin recover from a sever acne breakout caused by b12 injections. They're so gentle on your skin yet don't leave it oily or dried out. Honestly the best skin care products I've ever used (and I've tried so many). Had a small issue with subscription but they sorted it right out! Thank you Dr sams for giving my confidence back and having great customer service ❤️

Easy website. Not too many products.

Effective products, particularly good for sensitive skin. Efficient and prompt customer service. The subscription is easy to edit if necessary and items delivered reliably quickly. All round a very sound brand which I recommend.

I rate Dr Sam’s products highly particularly the flawless intense moisturiser, perfect for my menapause skon. Once i found this product, i have not been remotely tempted to try another and i have previously tried hundreds. Unfortinately i am facing eedindancy so consequently need to cut my costs. Elements of the website are not particularly user friendly hence conracted custoner services who were fantastically understandingand actioned my requests immediately to cancel all my subscriptions with the exception of the intense moisturiser. Im very grateful.

It was ok but not the best shopping experience either. Said I would get a cleanser for joining the newsletter, didn’t arrive and struggled to select the correct free samples. Package arrived safely though and looking forward to using the products again.

I love Dr Sam’s products. I was recommended by my dermatologist to try their products and have loved them ever since. I finally feel confident in my skin. Very quick and efficient delivery always.

I had an issue with my order and the customer care team at Dr Sam’s took no less than 48 hours to resolve it and send me a replacement. Thank you so much! I can’t comment on the products yet but I am excited to try them!

Early email gave me the opportunity to amend my regular subscription order. Previously I was able to time two separate product orders into one.
Never experienced anything negative in dealing with Dr Sam orders.

Great customer service! My delivery was delayed for longer than usual. I contacted customer support and I received an immediate reply explaining warehouse issues. My package arrived that same day I contacted customer service. Derek and Camila were very helpful.
