Garbage…. It never works properly! Don’t waste your money

The product is great and I got great service from Superior Radio in Saugus, MA who installed and serviced it. My beef is with Dronemobil customer support. I got my unt installed on 2023. I have since had to sell my car due to poor eyesight in in Sept 2025. At this time, I still had about 6 months worth of a 3 year plan I purchased in 2023. I called Dronemobil to tell them I no longer needed the plan for the aforementioned reason. They told me that they could not refund me as it was too late to do do, even though I still had a valid 3 year plan. I argued through multiple emails and called once as well to make my my point but they would not budge. It would have been a refund of about $45. Moral is, don't let them talk you into an extended years plan; if you have to, go year by year. They are cheap scammers with no scruples and will take your money right away but won't help you when needed. Worst customer support for a plan I. PAID for ever! Eff them!

Not reliable. Seems like the app only works randomly

This company need to be discontinued they are trash your better off no alarm system it has your car in the wrong location like a completely different state every time if your car was stolen you would never recover it do to the gps be warned you are not going to get Sahara you payed for this company is trash

Worst product I've ever owned... seriously! Bought a new car in 2012 and at the time the Lexus dealer only offered Drone Mobile as an auto start system as cars were not automatically built with them. Over the years I've had nothing but problems with it. Features not working (unlock/lock doors) draw on car battery, system failing and spending hours and sometimes days working with Drone support trying to resolve the issue. I sold the car this week, YEA! unfortunately after cancelling my subscription their website/app won't let me even delete my info and account! I guess it had to "be the worst product ever' one more time! Your a fool if you buy this system.

Waste of money…… all it does it go off with nothing happening…

I regret ever purchasing the DroneMobile system. The cameras are low-quality and unreliable — absolutely not worth the money. To make things worse, the customer service is a complete nightmare. Every time I’ve reached out for help, I’ve been met with rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful representatives who clearly don’t care about their customers. It’s obvious this company is more interested in taking your money than providing a working product or decent support. Avoid at all costs — I wish I had.

I have the DroneMobile camera and it’s the worst camera system out there!! The camera has very good resolution but unless you want to spend a lot of money every month on streaming you NOT getting anything!! I tried to access the camera but it’s always over the streaming allowed and i pay $50 a month plus the camera plus installation cost

This system is a complete pi ce piece of s…. t do not buy this the camera system goes off prematurely triggering the alar notification but the brain does not set off the alarm and uses all of your data 1 day it used all the data plan and the dummies put the tracker in the camera in the windows so all they have to do is rip it off the windshield the tracker with the compustar has to be taken out so the only tracker is in the camera that fails consistently only an idiot would design this then it automatically turns off all your settings and then nothing works alarm won’t set lock doors or track if you want your car stolen buy this system or just give it to the thief

Horrible products. Have not worked correctly since installing them 6 months ago. They are now draining my battery and have spent $600 replacing them before now going through the process of disconnecting them.

Been waiting for 2 hours for customer support. App sucks. Drone sucks.

I tried subscription for the second time.I thought by moving to a different state would help, but its the same thing saying that device is not online. Need to be next to my vehicle for it to work.

I have had nothing but problems with this device since Cartoys installed it! First year car alarm constantly going off i think car toys disabled it after I told them I wanted the Drone mobile out! So it worked fine sometimes for a year. Now it doesn't GPS where it is accurately and it doesn't follow commands. I will never purchase this product again.

Logged me out of the app i can't log in anymore.
Cant reset password, when asked for code to reset password, the code never gets sent to the email address used to register. So I'm paying for the app without being able to use the app for over 2 months now

Useless got it uninstalled in less than year. problem solved. don't waste your money.

I spent $500.00 on a WORTHLESS Drone Mobile car alarm. You can jump on my car, rock my car from side to side, the alarm does NOT go off. My car has been vandalized many times. The alarm was supposed to be a deterrent, instead, it is a joke. Do not waste your money on this battery draining device. That is all it is good for.

A company that once understood its customers no longer seems to care. After being a loyal member for five years, my needs have changed. Instead of genuinely listening to me, the online representative directed me to a 70-minute phone wait, only to speak with someone even less capable. They wasted my time twice. Terrible service

My Drone worked perfect until the wireless card for AT@T went out. They sent me another module which was installed but the online app will not let me reset it, i just got a message call customer support. It doesn't matter what day you call in or what time your on hold and my limit is 40 minutes. I did email and ask when its the best time to call in and i never got an answer i did get an email with troubleshooting steps which ended up doing nothing. I’m at the point now I’m going to remove it and throw the worthless system in the trash where it belongs.

If you want to waste money go ahead and buy this alarm system this is the worst system I ever had I highly recommend to use VIPER ALARM I HAD NEVER ISSUES WITH THAT ALARM one nothing will go wrong with VIPER but drone this alarm since it got installed always issues and is not with the installation the poblem is the server or however they control it for example if you like to lock it or unlock it or even the gps it does work once in awhile but most of the times it's not working I called them many times and the reason I have this alarm install is because my van is a 2023 and they told me that I could not use viper on this one that's the reason I'm going to double check on that and hopefully diapers going to make an alarm for this year because for real it's a waste of time and is very frustrated not to be able to locate your car or lock it and unlock it or even start it in the morning bad alarm DRONE
