Could have bought from Amazon for the same price but I'd rather support a Canadian distributor even if it took an extra 2 days to recieve.

I have had many DJI Drones purchased from Dr. Drone - Dartmouth NS Tim and staff have been excellent in supplying the best gear for my usage - lately a Mavic 3 Pro and an Avata 360 - and lots of advice and tech support. You need to add a 10 star rating for them

My ignorance & carelessness caused a crash, damaged the propellor arm and dented the body. May be still flight worthy but I didn't want to take the chance which might cause further damage. So, phoned DJI for advice re where to send back for repair. The staff (in North Carolina?) who answered the phone was VERY friendly and helpful, listened n established a Case File for me, emailed me a postage paid label for sending the drone to a designated repair shop. From then on, it was smooth sailing (flying) until the drone's return.
The only hiccup was time for payment before repair could begin. I bought the drone before my retirement, using my business email as contact which I updated. Unfortunately, DJI's computer record did not, tried & failed numerous times & I was ready to give up & perhaps take a 5 hours drive for payment, then return.
Luckily, I decided to to give it a final try by using all the old contact info which my fading memory can still remember. Then bingo, it went through & payment was successful!
I received my repaired drone & flying again.
As the saying goes, I am now in cloud nine!

I had a small wrinkle in the beginning but I'm not sure where the problem was. I received a shipping label which I affixed to the parcel being sent to Dr Drone and it was returned to me by Canada Post for an "Unknown reason". Once I received a new shipping label everything was very quick and efficient. Within 3 days I was back to flying my drone thanks to the staff at Dr Drone.

It sucks to crash a Drone, its nice to know there are people out there who have the understanding on quick turn arounds.
From dealing from emails to calls DrDrone fixed me up and never left me guessing
