New sofa from Downtown
Buying my new sofa from Downtown has been a really pleasing experience from start to finish. Every member of staff were super professional, informative and helpful. I was kept abreast of deliveries right the way down the line. Even the delivery men were lovely, quick and clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Downtown and would not hesitate using them again.

Lovely clearance suite at a cracking price. Absolutely perfect. Easy to purchase online. The delivery communication was excellent and the suite was protected and delivered to my first floor flat by an excellent delivery team

We ordered a new G-plan suite in May
We ordered a new G-plan suite in May. The staff were so helpful when purchasing the suite giving us all the options available. Nothing was too much trouble and our sales assistant Evie Bentley was wonderful.
Our suite was delivered this morning which was four weeks earlier than expected and the delivery crew were great. The suite was unpacked and positioned as requested and all packaging was removed. An excellent service.

We bought a new bed from Downtown, superb service and knowledge from Phalen, we were very grateful for her valuable input.
Paid for delivery with set up and clearance by the team and they did a great job. I would highly recommend this service.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the item you purchased, and do not believe it is fit for purpose.
However, as explained in our previous correspondence, there appears to be no fault with the item. While we appreciate that it did not meet your expectations, once an item has been used, we are unable to accept it back for a refund unless it is found to be faulty, as we can no longer sell it as new. This is in line with legislation, our returns policy, and reflects the approach taken by the majority of retailers.

I love the curtains
I love the curtains, they look wonderful. I worried that they would appear a little dark due to the design. They don't, they really work with the lightness of the material. Perfect fit.
The parcel arrived promptly, all in order.
