Great company. Not going to lie,I'd never heard of them before. Was needing to get Sylavanian families small raspberry cottage to add to the other cottage, and this was the only place that sold it! There were other sites that had it that seemed a bit dodgy incl the sylvanian website. Happy with product, brill delivery time. Definitely recommend

High quality furniture and excellent service from all at Downtown. I am very pleased with the items of furniture which I purchased and was given warm and helpful advice from staff in store. Delivery was easy to arrange and items were assembled with care and efficiency. I won't hesitate to visit again and highly recommend Downtown.

Excellent customer service and a very good variety of products that are very competitively priced. Downtown is almost always the first and last place I look when buying new furniture. Their in-house delivery service is extremely good and always reliable.

Downtown have a great selection, no pressure by sales people and extremely competitive pricing, speedy delivery from order, and the two delivery men put on overshoe covers before entering, very obliging too.

Very straight forward to click and collect at Grantham store. The tables are exactly what we required.

The duvet I purchased was really good quality but unfortunately the colour didn't match my room so I returned it. The purchase was easy online and delivery was swift. Getting a return reference was easy, efficient and very quick and the refund was also paid promptly.

In spite of faulty carpet being delivered to Downtown distribution the staff acted swiftly and sympathetically to ensure disruption to our domesticity was mitigated. I would especially praise the staff in the carpet department and the carpet fitters who were magnificent , all a credit to the company.
Overall outstanding service which is a rare luxury in these modern times.

Buying my new sofa from Downtown has been a really pleasing experience from start to finish. Every member of staff were super professional, informative and helpful. I was kept abreast of deliveries right the way down the line. Even the delivery men were lovely, quick and clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Downtown and would not hesitate using them again.
