I appreciated that you considered my request and reduced my monthly cover payment. While the reduction was less than I had hoped for, it was still helpful. Offering more flexibility for customers in similar situations would improve the experience.

Received my renewal docs with an increased price over last year for a LG washing machine. I rang D & G to cancel but was told I could have the exact same cover for a reduced price so I agreed to continue cover.

The reply on phone was quick.

I’m not like my replacement too small in door tray and shelf seal not fix properly.

Really good service, I was given a choice of appliances to order from, delivery and fitting was within a couple of days. Engineers kept me updated with estimated time of arrival and they fitted the appliance very swiftly. Most definitely recommend.

A lovely lady whose diction was excellent as I wear hearing aids. She was able to access my account quickly and add new insurance to my list and set up he direc debit. Very pleasant experience

Terrible communication. Engineer came and advised part needed ordering. Then heard nothing. Checked portal and my policy had been cancelled 🤷. Chased up and customer services were useless - they said engineers report was unavailable and needed to send engineer again. Called back again and someone else said part wasn’t available anymore and washing machine was going to be written off. Choices of new one were limited. Then an engineer turned up after new machine had been delivered😆 Bunch of clowns🤡

The engineer arrived on time looked at it and said there was nothing they could do the enginner was the same one we had out a few times for other appliances
