Ordered a baby cutlery set last month and emailed to see when it would arrive to be told it could be lost in transit. 2 days later I received the replacement and very happy with it. Yesterday the original one appeared to our surprise so immediately emailed doddl to say I would send it to them and received an email saying keep it. Brilliant customer service, what a welcome change to deal with an excellent company. Definitely recommend

Everyone at Doddl, including Kate, Celly, Aaron and Nathan, have been exceptional. We couldn’t have done it without their help and support. Our situation was difficult at first and we weren’t ready when we thought we were but Celly helped prepare us, told us how to get ready as first time buyers and supported us with resources and information. Honestly I thank God for doddl because the fact that we now hold our keys in our hands and are getting ready to move in is nothing short of amazing. I have told everyone that would listen about doddl and I’ll continue to do so. I appreciate all your help and we will continue to work with doddl as we plan on getting other houses in the future.

We used doddl for our recent house purchase and I honestly have been recommending them to anyone who will listen. From the beginning with Catherine to completion with Nadia they have been excellent. Our knowledge of the mortgage procedure & general house buying in Ireland was non existent so having people on your side who took care of everything was such a relief.
Also special mention to Teresa who looked after our life insurance.. what a star. We had quite a journey with it and she was such a support. Always there to reassure us when things got a bit hairy and there when we finally got over the line!

Doddl also can help with mortgage insurance and building insurance, ensuring we got a very competitive cover cost for both and removing the need for us to do the heavy lifting.

Doddl were also able to connect a flat rate, partnered solicitor who helped us complete the Conveyancing within 7 weeks!

All in all, it was a fantastic (free) service which helped us find the perfect house at a very competitive interest rate. Would recommend to any first time buyers.

As a single applicant, there can be challenges especially in this climate of high interest rates but they made the process so easy for me. The online portal is a "doddl" and so easy to use. I worked with Doddl on my mortgage for a complicated renovation of a derelict listed property. Where banks failed Doddl succeeded. The team from Martina down to everyone I came into contact with from the application process, life assurance, completions are thoroughly experts at what they do but are also incredibly nice to deal with. I just moved in to my home with the help of Doddl! I would highly recommend working with Doddl when purchasing a home. They were absolutely fantastic to deal with and made the whole process so easy and straightforward for me when I was clueless!! I worked with Mairead, Sadhbh, Teresa and Nadia and they were all so helpful, knowledgeable, really quick to get back to me and follow up on things and so friendly and lovely to deal with in general.
I have already mentioned the Doddl team to family and friends and will recommend them to anyone I know looking at a mortgage!

My husband and I just switched our mortgage with the help of doodl. Would definitely recommend- the portal is so handy for uploading documents and also found the chat feature handy to use if we had any questions. While there were different team members handling the application we found this seamless as everyone was clear on our application, what needed to be done etc would recommend

Had to deal with them twice and both times were highly frustrating. Biggest issues with doddl is you get passed from one person to another. In the two dealings with them I probably had contact with at least 15 different staff members. We ended up wasting time chasing people and having to explain our situation repeatedly as staff kept changing. The whole process was protracted and slow and we felt we did a lot more leg work than we should have for a company that was being paid over 3 grand in commission. Some staff are good at their job but it's hard to get anyone to see it through to the end. I'm sure there are much better brokers out there in a smaller company that might offer a more personalised approach. I don't think we ended up getting a good service or good financial advice. In fact when we ended up following their advice and taking out a 2 year fixed term and then renegotiating for a new deal with an alternative provider they completely backtracked on what was initially said and advised we would have to wait a bit longer before we would be able to negotiate a new mortgage contract. I would not recommend this company.
