Amazing from beginningto end, as an "older" couple ( early 40s ) also first time buyers, we went into the process completely blind and very confused, we remained that way throughout 😅 if it wasn't for all the help, support, advice and support from Doddle we wouldn't have managed the process at all !
We discovered I could be in a tricky situation regarding a previous loan from many many years ago, but doddle sorted it all out in a couple of days, I didn't have to do a thing myself, they literally took what could have been a deal breaker and sorted it all out.

They answered all of our ( mine mainly ) what seemed like, and im sure they were, stupid questions, they explained every step in a way that made it feel less complicated and took the majority of the stress out of the whole situation start to finish.

Any messages always answered quickly, and kept us in the loop every step of the way.

Made the whole process very easy, and quicker application process than with banks directly.
Would recommend!!

I had an excellent experience with doddl. From the beginning of the mortgage process right through to the release of funds, the team was supportive and proactive. They made what could have been a stressful property purchase feel straightforward and manageable by clearly guiding me through each step.

I always felt well informed, and the advice was transparent and trustworthy. The online portal was convenient for uploading documents and keeping things moving, but what really stood out was the personal support from the team. They were quick to call whenever something needed clarification, which meant I never felt uncertain about what was happening next.

I felt that the team genuinely had my best interests at heart, and I would strongly recommend doddl to anyone looking for mortgage advice and support.

It was an unbelievably awful experience that was saved by Doddl! We almost lost the sale but Doddl really pushed things forward at an amazing pace and clutched victory from the jaws of defeat. Shoutout to Jacqueline for really going above and beyond.

XXI century approach to the whole process. We went AIP in November and got keys to our house on 31st of January. Yes you deal with multiple people throughout the process but that means someone is always there to answer your emails. Its great to see the whole process being a little bit more hassle free.

The team at Doddl are amazing. Genuinely so kind, persistent and knowledgeable. I'd have probably given up with the stress of it all if I didn't have them in my corner. I dealt with Áine, Soricha and Elaine and they were all fantastic. Soricha and Elaine in particular did Trojan work for us, above and beyond and we're so grateful. 10000% recommend having them to help with the process.

Excellent help and communication throughout our mortgage switching process. Very clear interface to help you organise what you need in order to switch in terms of documents and really on the ball staff who make regular contact if something is incomplete or needs editing. Couldnt speak more highly of the service.

Fantastic brokers, everyone we dealt with were super knowledgable and understanding.

People say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you'll ever do, and although we found that to be true, the Doddl team made it so much better. They were on hand and responsive to any (potentially silly) questions we had. They knew each step through and through, and handled all the tricky bits and pieces in terms of forms and insurances. All while being very sound and straight forward. I couldn't recommend them more!

Helpful, clear advice, delivered in a responsive way and then they look after the paperwork really well. Can't ask for more!

We used doddl as our mortgage advisors when buying our first home, and our experience with them throughout was fantastic. They made everything so easy, couldnt recommend them enough. Only downfall was the Solicitors that you can use through them, we didnt have the best experience with them and wouldn't recommend, but any other service we used through doddl (e.g. life insurance application) was great.

It’s a pity to do this but needs must as the level of mismanagement surrounding my mortgage application is unbelievable. I’m currently at risk of the sale falling through as my mortgage is still not signed off. Dealing with Doddl since August on this. Today I was told part of the funding is not even applied for. Also that the property I’m purchasing is a ‘holiday home’. This was never stated. I’m dumbfounded and really worried now that the sale will fall through after 5 months of trying to get the finance sorted.

Our journey with Doddl started less than three months ago. We had previously been with another broker who wasn’t truly helping us, so my husband and I switched to Doddl — and that was the best decision we ever made!

We are so incredibly grateful for all the amazing work Doddl has done to help us get our house. The entire application process was smooth, well-organized, and extremely supportive from start to finish.

The Doddl team has clearly built a thoughtful and efficient system, and we honestly wouldn’t have secured our home without their guidance. We’ll be recommending you to everyone we know!

I can only agree with all the other five star reviews here, Doddl were incredibly helpful in walking us through the mortgage process, keeping us constantly updated and assisting us every step of the house buying journey.

I could not recommend them enough, and have been doing so to friends, family and colleagues in work.

We started our mortgage application with Doddl in February and were initially very impressed. The online platform is excellent — modern, easy to use, and the onboarding process was smooth and efficient.

Unfortunately, our experience was let down by the overall speed and the repetitive nature of the communication. We were repeatedly asked for documents and information we had already submitted, and had to explain the same details multiple times. In some cases, updated documents were requested even though the originals already contained the necessary information. It became quite frustrating and time-consuming.

To put it in context, I also applied directly with AIB at the same time, and received full loan approval from them before Doddl had even secured AIP for us with BOI.

The concept is strong, and the platform is great, but the process needs to be tighter and more efficient — especially when it comes to communication and document handling
