Great shipping
Shipping was way faster than I originally expected. The only thing that I could ding them for is that I never got a "shipped" email so when the package came in I didn't even expect it. That however isnt a big deal to me personally so I wont ding them for it. The clothing was just as pictured and fit really well even for a petite girl.

Shipping is speedy, returns/exchanges are very easy, and the quality of the clothing is excellent. I have returned items because I just did not like them on me--it had nothing to do with the quality of the item. The items that I did keep I absolutely love and receive many compliments.

Delivery issues
I had a pre order item in my purchase. Received the other items without any notice of shipping, reached out to customer service and was told an estimate of when the bag would ship. Well past the expected ship date and ive been charged and have no word on when/if I will be receiving this item.
